I called Talbot about 15 minutes ago to ease some of my anxieties. I asked him a series of questions and have included the answers afterwards (I don't take short-hand, so the answers represent my best recollection of his comments and/or my understanding of the gist of his comments - they are not verbatum quotes, though as close as can make them):

1) Has the company received the $25MM from the Nigerian contract yet? No, it comes in tranches with the first one in 30-60 days.

2) Have any shipments been made yet? Yes, the company has 220,00 kits ready to ship to Nigeria to the military due to go out in 2 weeks. The company only ships once it has received payment for the kits. There are 315,00 kits due to be shipped to China in the next week or so.

3) The company annouced in Jan that it had shipped 165,000 kits and estimated about 200,00 for Feb and 250,00 for March - were these shipments made? Yes, the company has been shipping and at about those levels. The company receives payment before shippping and is in great financial shape right now.

4) How is the FYE 2004 audit going? It is just about done.

5) When will the audited financials be released? I don't comment on dates like that. (But are they done?) They are just about ready.

6) Why does the transfer agent report almost 3 billion shares outstanding when the company reported about 2.1 billion in March - which is accurate? The transfer agent doesn't know all the transactions that are going on with the company, which includes cancelling shares/taking shares back into treasury, when certain deals do not get consummated. The 2.1 billion share count is the more accurate figure. The auditors are the ones who come in and reconcile the exact share totals and the audit is just about completed.

7) Why is the stock price so low if the company is doing so well? The market makers and others control the price movement and work to move the price down so they can buy low and make money on this stock. Their day will come.

He was polite, patient, talkative and cordial. He did not respond in any way like the descriptions given by others recently on other boards.

I feel better though not completely at ease (that won't happen until the PPS actually goes up a lot).

GLTA longs

Otter....you seem to be about the only person keeping MSITF threads alive from time to time. Thanks for that, I've held this stock for a while (avg .0037) because I'm enamored with the product and potentially earth-shattering demand for it. But I'm curious, have you or anyone else asked if they ever plan on losing that "F" on their ticker symbol?

Reading the history of the company's CEO gives me pause......And with every PR the price seems to go down. It won't be the end of the world if I lose a couple thousand bucks.....but I'd certainly rather see the pps refelect the good news they keep spewing out.

Concerning the audit.....is this to a certain end, like becoming a fully reporting company? Or will they even release the numbers?

I'd love to snag a couple million more shares but................I've got to see something that says this is a real company..............a distributor in Shanghai or Beijing that I can contact, etc. I e-mailed MSITF months ago and never received a reply. About 5-6 days ago I telephoned MSITF in the middle of the day and got some type of "general mailbox" or answering machine (not too impressive) so I e-mailed them again...........and now patiently wait for their reply. Here is my letter:

Good afternoon,

I am an investor in your company and an occasional (1-2 times per year) traveller to China. I attempted to contact your company via telephone but got a general mailbox.

My investment in your company is modest at this time though I would very much like to increase it. However, even with all your positive news and press releases, I am still a bit skeptical about your product and company. And now, when I telephone the Corporate Headquarters at 2:15p.m. (your time) I get an "answering machine"..........?????? I am disappointed to say it doesn't impress me much. What if I was a Center for Disease Control in Chengdu, China that wanted to order 5,000,000 kits...........???

So, I'm wondering........................

1) Who is your distributor in China (Beijing?) and who are they distributing to?................Hospitals (All hospitals directly or through the government?), the government/military/health departments. My wife is a physician in China and we have considered becoming involved (at some level) in distributing your product.

2) What is your educated guess as to when approval might be received in Canada/U.S.? Five years??? I realize that the approval process is expensive.

3) When do you expect to graduate from the "pink sheets" to the NASDAQ..........lifting the "f" off of MSITF so that it can be more actively traded (I'm sure you have a reason.........that I'm not aware of...........for using the "pink sheets"

4) Is there any chance your website can be updated (I think the financials are a bit outdated)? When do you expect to become "Cash Flow Positive" and stop paying debt in shares?

I invested in your company because it seems to have real potential. The "news" is very much appreciated but there is no other information (updated financials, etc., etc.) that corroborate the appearance of a successful and soon to be cash-flow-positive company.

I called Whitehead about 6-9 months ago and he did seem relaxed and upfront. I remember he said his salary was $50,000/year (Canadian $?)

I'd like to buy a bunch more at $.0025 but feel it would be foolish and irresponsible to do so without more information.
