the volume is rising nicely. AB has this as Buy Confirmed as of 5-20 (+140% since). Historical speaking, the volume is at an all time high and rising, but I can't find much in the way of current PR. I like the preliminaries on this one,but still have no twitch in the finger.

Safe Technologies International Announces Acquisition of Mineral Rights Friday May 20, 11:39 am ET
PALM BEACH, Fla., May 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Safe Technologies International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SFAD - News) today announced an agreement in principle for the company to acquire a 76% interest in the oil and gas mineral rights to a 3,000+ acre parcel in the state of Wyoming. ADVERTISEMENT
The parcel in which the interest is to be acquired is surrounded by working oil and gas wells, and the party from whom the interest is being acquired has already determined the location where the first oil well will be drilled on the parcel. Drilling and transport issues are being negotiated.
Details of the acquisition agreement are being worked out, and the company expects to be in a position to sign a definitive agreement within one week. According to the terms of the agreement in principle, Safe Technologies will acquire the interest for a combination of common and preferred stock. This will require shareholder approval for an increase in the company's authorized stock and the creation of one or more classes of preferred stock.
"We believe this is an excellent time to be in the oil and gas business, and look forward to having an opportunity to bring the oil and gas reserves into production. We've been searching long and hard for real opportunities to bring value to the company. We believe that this acquisition gives us the opportunity to accomplish that," said Randi Swatt, acting Chief Executive Officer of Safe Technologies.

In My Opinion this stock has not started moving yet, and may not really move for a couple days, weeks...who knows, I would say this would be a bad entry if the stock was up %200 but it's not, I am in at .0039

I will watch how it trades for a few days then buy more if I like what I see. I bought PLNI at .0078, .0090, .0130 over the last few trading days, it's at .0160 now.

quote: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Originally posted by Balder: I think you have people playing HISC, PLNI and OSFT.
They sold HISC two days ago and went into PLNI. They sold PLNI this morning and went into OSFT.
Thats my guess. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All boards are playing these three stocks,
HISC will accumulate again in the .03. for 8 days then Kabooom
PLNI will accumulate in the .02 for 7 days then Kaboom
OSFT will accumulate in the .015 for 10 days then Kaboom
Which one will follow the three Kings???
Any ideas
SFAD? WFTV? AMNI? Already at .012, expect this one to hit .03 next 10 days
I have 1K in each and if either of the SFAD or WFTV goes to .012 I'm happy and out. It may be 10 days, but it will be worth the wait.
Feel free to suggest or comment on my predictions!!!

SFAD is a nice low price right now may take a few weeks to accumulate...look at the thread on PLNI it started in the 2nd week of april at a similliar price...I am not saying SFAD will move like PLNI...but I am in to take the ride if it does!!!

why such a big gap between the ask (noted above) and bid? I know this is a good thing, but why the gap. The ask hardly budged for most of the day. Anyone, what has the after hours activity been for WFTV and SGAD?
