Okay guys here is the scoop on this, some guys have called the TA for this stock and they have said that the issued shares is 7.3 Billion shares and that they are planning on doing a reverse split on the 21st. Etrade also confirmed this which is why they stopped allowing buys on the stock. Take this for what it is worth but it has been confirmed by the TA and Etrade. Call the TA for them if you want to confirm yourself.

It is possible that they are NOT going to do a R/S but a Forward split. Mark Astrom's Dad did it with NRES I understand. This is an odd duck, but they do have a solid, viable biz plan.

Leardon, I dont know if there is going to be a reverse split but I spoke to Etrade 2 times and to the T.A. - first, Etrade would not reveal a pending reverse split AHEAD of a P.R. - that is illegal. They have stated basically that some kind of company action is pending. Secondly, the TA is gagged and will not give the O/S on this stock. They did not say that there was for sure a reverse split - they told me that I had to fax in a request for share structure, etc. I am very upset at this stock, but your statements lack credibility. You may be right, but you might be bashing/scaring folkes too.

First my friend has Etrade recorded saying that a R/S is pending, though they are denying they said it now, second I heard personally when they called the T/A that he said there was a R/S pending. He wouldn't say it unless you asked about it but he would then confirm it. And here is the final nail. Here is the link to the OTCBB showing the split pending for tomorrow.

Well, a reverse it was, and a sick ugly one at that. this whole executive team should be indicted. this is wrong. perhaps great news will be released concurrently with the split, and a bounce will ensue. technically, a reverse is nothing but a math equation so theoretically there could be an upside.
