SunnComm Announces Its First Quarterly Shareholder Status Call Scheduled for Wednesday, June 8th 2005 via COMTEX

SunnComm International (OTC: SCMI), creator of MediaMax(TM), America's best selling enhancement and content protection technology for CDs, is pleased to announce that it will begin conducting quarterly telephone conference calls on behalf of its more than 4,000 shareholders.
The corporate status calls are designed to keep shareholders informed of events and issues surrounding the upcoming planned merger between SunnComm and MediaMax Technology Corp., the rapidly accelerating rollout of the Company's core product -- MediaMax, iPod(TM) integration status, and other corporate matters as they arise. The current plan is to schedule the conference calls every quarter except during quarters in which shareholder meetings occur. The Company will provide their shareholders with at least two weeks notice of upcoming status calls since their actual dates will vary from quarter to quarter. The format of the calls will include an informational segment presented by Peter Jacobs, President of SunnComm and other corporate officers, if necessary, followed by a question and answer segment. Details regarding phone and online access to these calls will be made available prior to the date of the call.
The status calls will also address relevant issues related to SunnComm's exclusive marketing partner, MediaMax Technology Corporation (OTCBB: MMXT). Both companies earn royalties for audio CDs manufactured that contain SunnComm's proprietary copy protection and enhancement software.
