I'm a Morgan Stanley client in Chicago. Are you a MS client and have you found that your broker has lost A LOT of money in 2005? Tech, bio-tech, internet-related, highly speculative stocks, risky investments. If YES..let me know. Hoping to recover some of the losses through some type of class action.

Don't you have a chose on what broker you use? Why blame them when you put your money there? Try putting your money in the pennyland if you want to talk about highly speculative and risky investments.

You need to look in a mirror to find the answer to why you have lost money - Good luck with your class action lawsuit.

Did you pick the stocks or did MS? If they did you might have a chance but doubt it unless they were buying risky stocks in a conceritive portfolio for you. If you picked them, suck it up and be a man about it. Take your losses and move on.
