Media International Concepts, Inc. Announces Ernest Borgnine Hosting 'Bak-Talk' Infomercial via COMTEX

Opportunity Productions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Media International Concepts, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MEIC) has announced that Ernest Borgnine has just hosted another infomercial for the company. Taping was completed on April 23rd, 2005, for an exciting new product called Bak-Talk, the only sensor system that tells you how far you are away from hitting an object while backing up your car, or when parking. It gives you verbal warning up to 8 feet. Other sensors just beep. Bak-Talk gives you verbal warning. Opportunity Productions President, Robin Seymour, has used the services of Mr. Borgnine recently on another infomercial, AlphaFlex, and was thrilled when Mr. Borgnine agreed to do another program for Opportunity Productions.
This is another example of Opportunity Productions continued growth in the infomercial industry. Opportunity Productions estimates that in the year 2005 they will be airing at least 20 infomercials.

Media International Concepts, Inc.'s 'RockWindow Radio' Airs First Rock-Talk Show via COMTEX

Media International Concepts, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MEIC) announced today that its recently acquired wholly owned subsidiary, RockWindow Television Network, Inc., has aired its first RockWindow Radio show Saturday night, May 14, from Hollywood, CA.
RockWindow Radio's first program is in a talk format hosted by Marcus Hause, CEO of RockWindow Television. The show was carried over Cable Radio Network CRN. CRN reaches over 11 million households nationally and many more internationally via cable, satellite, and worldwide over the internet. Hause covers stories dedicated to the baby-boomer audience. The program focuses on classic rock and neo-classic rock, an art form of new rock committed to a traditional rock foundation.
RockWindow Radio's charter advertiser is the U. S. Army. Direct Response ads were also broadcast for SkyMed International, an emergency medical evacuation service for travelers. As an example of synergies between Media International subsidiaries, this RockWindow Radio client was brought to the show by Opportunity Productions, another MEIC wholly owned subsidiary which has already produced a 30-minute TV infomercial for SkyMed.
RockWindow Radio will be heard weekly with a goal to be picked up and simulcast over satellite radio outlets such as Sirius and XM.
