I will start by saying what happend? One year ago this month this forum was blowing up. There was all talk of CMKX,QBID,TFCY,IBZT,GZFX daily.I invested in GZFX and CMKX based on info from allstocks posters(thank you). I made some fast cash and got out very quickly with in a few months because I had some issues that led me to leave the tradeing seen for abought 10 months or so all most a year. WOW"Now that I'm back and I say were did it all go and what happend and is this what to expect were we will be next year all that is HOT will be long COLD and gone? & So whats this years hipe all abought so far on this board and in the micro industry in a short? Remember this?
I guess there are many factors depending on which company but dilution is still a major key. Some turned out to be major Pump & Dump's like CMKX and MLON. But the problem with most pennies is to grow they need money and they find it easy to do it on stockholders backs as in case with this years early promising stocks like CNES.
GZFX 400 million to 800 million dilution and Blockbuster getting involved CMKX 200 billion to 700 billion dilution and SEC halt with revoke coming for P&D scam QBID 7.5 billion to 15.5 billion and un-met goals TFCT major dilution with prizewise going bust IBZT dilution with no product after promises
Let me add MLON major dilution and SEC halt and made to retract all past PR's as lies PRRM Major dilution to around 60 billion shares and people still thinks it will move, lol no way WMNI Major dilution again and too much hype
But people still hold these pennies long and don't realize whats happening because all they do is look at the promises and not the key factors. They put on the rose colored glasses and refuse to look at the bad. Like: How are they raising money? dilution? If so how is it effecting pps? Is there product really that great or hype? Are they actually doing anything or just making promises? And how does a multi billion share o/s really move and stay there? Because most move by daytraders and groups so they are doomed to go back where they started. Key thing I learned about pennies is buy low and sell high. NEVER HOLD LONG. Just think how much we all would have made last year selling all the above stocks at there highs and moved on. JMHO

Ric You are right on the button! I did exactly as you described with those hype stocks of last year. I held on waiting for that big return and lost a bunch. If nothing else I learned some valuable lessons from that type of play. To hard headed last year to liaten to people like you when It was all coming down. Thank you for your insight and I hope people listen that are new to the game before they also loose a bunch on hype. GET IN MAKE A QUICK PROFIT EVEN IF IT IS 80,100,150 BUCKS AND TAKE IT.
