CMBV - Cambodian Ventures, Inc. - Hidden Gem Alert

New website: http://www.cambodianventures.com

Chart: http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/intchart/frames/frames.asp?symb=cmbv&time=&freq=

Pinksheets info: http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/company_profile.jsp?symbol=CMBV

Cambodian Ventures mission is the exploration and mining of precious minerals in Cambodia. Based on

work by the French, most geologists agree that there is great potential for abundant mineral

resources. Although artisanal reserves have been found, the country has not been developed for large

scale precious metal extraction because of internal conflict and war for the last forty years.
Although Cambodia has evolved in the past decade from a fragmented society to a stable regime,

friendly to foreign investment, the country has not yet attracted a rush of mineral investors.
The recent up-swing in metal prices, notably gold and copper, is causing increased activity in

traditional exploration areas.

As the most attractive prospects are acquired, and fewer become available, it will be natural for the

international mining community to seek opportunities in less traditional countries such as Cambodia.

In the particular case of Cambodia, an almost complete lack of modern exploration should translate

into enormous potential.

Cambodian Ventures intends to be at the forefront of this exploration and development. By obtaining

licenses before large scale reserves are proved, we intend to capitalize on these underdeveloped

mineral deposits thereby producing extraordinary returns for investors.

Gary Fineberg, CEO of Cambodian Ventures Ltd. recently granted Wall Street Network an exclusive audio

interview profiling the company. Interview highlights include discussions on the following topics:
-- market opportunity for precious mineral exploration companies in Cambodia
-- a timeline for the company's activities
-- relationships with the Cambodian government
-- overview of management
-- upcoming milestones

Wujin Park, CEO of Oksan Cambodia states: ``We are excited about the opportunity to work with Cambodian Ventures. Gary Fineberg, CEO of CMBV and I have known each other for many years. We both have been involved in precious mineral exploration in Cambodia and our combined expertise in the region should help leverage our success. We are looking forward to joining forces in order to develop these high potential areas of gold mineralization.''

Gary Fineberg, CEO of Cambodian Ventures states: ``Wujin's knowledge of potential areas of precious mineralization is unsurpassed in the region. Our potential partnership will be significant for Cambodian Ventures and move the Kingdom of Cambodia closer to realizing the economic exploitation of its significant precious mineral resources that geologists have speculated exist in the country''.

Oksan Cambodia Corporation was founded in Phnom Penh on August 6, 1997, for the research and development of mineral resources to feed Korean industries, who are dependant on raw materials from foreign countries. Oksan has surveyed many regions in Cambodia to find the best mineral deposits, especially gold, which they have found has wide spread potential throughout the country.

Cambodian Ventures Limited's mission is to obtain licenses for the exploration and mining of precious minerals in Cambodia. Cambodian Ventures intends to carry out exploration activities in regions containing gold and other precious minerals.

Interesting...as soon as I posted re the lack of anyone with a mining/geology background in the bio of the company..I received a one star rating...could it possibly be that some 'paid' participants are on this board? Looking at the dialogue...it certainly seems that way....oh well, pumpers have to make a living, after all...

couldn't the same be said about bashers? Now, I'm not saying you are a basher, as I'm sure you aren't saying I'm a pumper..

I have a fairly decent track record on the picks I follow or mention and I do think CMBV is on the right track at the right time. Is it the right investment/trade for some? sure, and for others, no. Time will tell.

furry, I would be happy to be wrong..I really do not have an investment in this stock, either way..I guess I have been burnt by gold related stocks and I am careful to read their PR. Time will tell, perhpas a few marketing guys with no background in geology or mining will pull it off and I might kick myself..in any case: good luck to you ;-)

I bought 23,000 at .018, so even though the price is now at .014, with any news this thing will double easily with the low float. Volume is going crazy too. I bought on a day a week ago when its highest volume ever was 860,000 that trading day. The trading volume doubled that high today. 1,700,000 shares traded today. Seems like something is brewing here. Maybe news might come real soon. Just my honest opinion....GLTA

Geez! The stock keeps going down. Down some 20 percent today. Is this the MM's accumulating shares to drive the stock price up or is this something bad? Only thing that is interesting is the volume has really picked up in the last few weeks.

This stock is going to have news next week for sure! I suggest you people read into this company some more so that when the PR is released you will understand what is going on. This is one of those stocks that the MM want to drive down but as soon as good PR comes out and all the sells are covered it should run past .05 with no problem. Just a matter of time until the major PR is released and everyone jumps on this big time. ALL that needs to be done now is cover the sells as of late.
Trust me with the news expected next week this price is a steal.
