The BlackHawk Fund Positions First Portfolio Company To Go Public! via COMTEX

The BlackHawk Fund (OTC Bulletin Board: BHWK), announced today the decision by the Board of Directors to bring the first portfolio company public. The BlackHawk Fund develops portfolio companies as wholly-owned subsidiaries. Once the business model is successful, the portfolio company looks to become publicly traded to obtain higher valuations. In most cases, the market cap of the new public company exceeds $1 million, which greatly increases the valuation of the equity held by The BlackHawk Fund.
The BlackHawk Fund acts as a business development company, providing guidance, management and resources to the portfolio company in exchange for a majority equity interest. The BlackHawk Fund plans to develop and bring public additional portfolio companies throughout the year.

come on over to EVSC ! ! it's holding a 90% gain from yesterday.... no drop back....
stock buyback plan and they actually have a product in the works... . Phase 2 trials are done and they'll present to FDA this week I think

okay, this is bull crap. I had my order in to sell at .0003 since before the ask went to .0003 and it still hasn't gone yet. Etrade sucks.

BHWK sucks alll these .0001 and .0002 stocks stink they all dillute and reverse split etc.
just cause it's .0001 doesn't mean it can't go lower! they reverse split it, then it drops another 90% think about it... the # of shares outstanding time .0001 is still probably some hudge market value that is way more than the company is worth.... this stock used to have different symbol I think... they change the name etc. to hide thier past scams and reverse splits...

It was just a daytrade pick. You are familiar with them? A quick 200% pick up. Definitely not a hold....quick money play

Yea, and etrade screwed me out of my quick pick up. played it perfectly buying in at .0002 then put the sell order in right away at .0003. The ask went to .0003 and etrade dropped the ball and never executed it. Now it looks like I will just have to break even.
