hey if anyone wants to throw some info I would appreciate it. I bought some plmi awhile back and now they have an e, this is my first stock to do this, I know this is suppose to be because they are late filing, what usually comes next?

They finally file and the e is removed. If they never file at some point the SEC would halt the stock for 10 days as warning. Start an investigation and if they still don't file they would revoke registration. But they did file a late notice which is a good sign they are working on it.

hey, thanks RIC, is the stock still tradeable, I ask because my ameritrade now shows my plmi as nonexistant value, I am assuming they are working on the name change from the E?

Your right. Sometimes it take a bit to get the name change fixed in your account. Sad because if it started free falling you would have to call Ameritrade instead of online. But it should be taken care of soon. It is tradable.

Also, some individuals like stocks that are about to have their E's taken off. I know a few people who stock up on picks that are about to drop them inorder to get a little jump in price. Usually isn't that much though. But a gain is a gain. Always better than a loss.
