What's the Float on this. I have looked at the level II's and can't realize why it didn't move more than it did. Any info on the O/S or Float would be greatly appreciated.
I know that Pinksheets says there is 30 mil O/S.

i'm in with ya at open K. as i posted on daytraders if for no other reason then nite isn't in the top 5 on ask...lol. only negitive i can find is shares financing in the last month but thats for 4 hotels which can't be all bad. its was over .15 in the last 10 days. could be a serious bounce back from here.

K, don't know if you saw my earlier post. Got in on this this morn....10K@.03. Has possibilities.
Jonathan, only thing I could find was an Issued & Outstanding of 30 mil as of 9/30/04. No idea about float or current I/O.

well according to microcap charts it dropped the day after the financing deal was announced. $40 million possible but not shares or terms announced. that could turn into a lot of shares if its an all share deal but i'm sure there would be restrictions on dumping.

fella's i saw the post's on the other thread, glad to see i have some pro's on board, i posted it over here just cause this is one of the few that im gonna hold for and see what it does, i realy think this should bounce back soon.

This sucker sure has seen some nice highs compared to today's pps.
I am always uneasy about companies like this that show no positive earnings, negative equity and poor ratios. Reason is that I normally go by the fundamentals. Once in a while I can get carried away. LOL BTW, felt better once I saw old K involved though.

man,Wallace we will see what happen's with this one, i could only get filled for 7,500 share's tried for 50,000 so i only have bout $250 in it so i'm gonna ride it out and see where this train takes me .......if i like what i see i will pick up more........

Yeah, as of now, at most I could lose is $300 + commission. No big deal, but could make a nice chunk if it goes. I just might buy more if it opens around .025 tomorrow. Don't know yet, but like you, will watch in morn.

Interesting chart, made a bounce upwards on the day that most went down. I'll def. keep my eye on it, but slightly shaky fundamentals and technicals.

What are you using for L2s? I'm playing around with Quote Tracker using Ameritrade, but I can't see the L2s (which is rather annoying).

I should get alphatrade... Ameritrade is jus tnot cutting it. I think once my 30 free trades are up I'll transfer my account over.
What package do you use? I'm a little confused as to what options are necessary for this.

I use alph just for my L2's... I use scottrade... on alph I pay for NASDAQ and Pink's... This is looking stronger...
