GK Intelligent Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:GKIG), a next-generation media and entertainment corporation, today announced it has signed a Definitive Agreement to acquire WhiteCanyon, Inc., a Utah corporation. WhiteCanyon develops software security tools to help prevent personal identity theft and is a leading provider of such technology. Its chief product, WipeDrive, is enjoying success in the software marketplace.
WhiteCanyon's marketing strategy employs a mix of traditional retail and OEM marketing, along with new powerful Internet-based marketing strategies. CEO Stephen Elderkin is an expert on forensic software and was the chief forensic scientist for AccessData Corp. Over the past six years, he has worked with the Secret Service, CIA, FBI, and U.S. Customs developing security-related technologies.
Gary F. GKIGE This news out 2 days ago. Says the company has a net woth of 7 million. Am i missing something here--with about 250 million outstanding shares divided by 7 million in net worth- that would equal a shatre price of 3 cents. Right now this company is at .0024. Looks like a bargain at these prices --plus more news came out today.--

(OTCBB:GKIG) GK Intelligent Systems, Inc., a next-generation media and entertainment corporation, today reported unaudited consolidated Pro Forma net revenue for 2004 of just under $9M with a net loss of approximately $1M. The company also reported total assets in excess of $9M with a net worth of more than $7M.
These numbers are attributable to the following acquisitions: Stellar Software Network, Inc, Ascendant TSG, CoraZong Records, R.S. Entertainment, Inc., WhiteCanyon, Inc. and Channel Access, Inc.
