Because he released it as todays group pick last night. Think about it. He announces it last night after the market closes. Then there is higher volume the next day. 2 and 2 together tells you that he is the reason behind the small run. Well, I guess you'd call this a jog.

vinnie if CGPNE gets some buys i think it will go higher then that if you look at the two year chart this is this is the bottom i dont want any one to buy because of me i just think it looks good
