and still going topped off, dropped down a bit, now re-rising not a bad sign I was already in it at .0014

1)Did a reverse split of 100:1 on the April 10th

2)S-8 dilution of 105 million shares on 13th

3)unregistered sale of 60 million on 14th

4)Voted to have up to a 400:1 r/s in future on the 15th


What news is going to top that. Theres always volitility after a r/s but with dilution started the day after and already getting set for the next r/s. This is a very good setup to lose massive dollars. Volume right now is company selling shares. Adding to scam list which stands as follows:
