Limelight Media Group's Subsidiary, OTR Media, Reactivates Rigs For Kids Project
Tuesday April 5, 9:00 am ET
Rigs For Kids Project to Highlight Information on Missing Children

MEMPHIS, Tenn., April 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- OTR Media, Inc., a majority-owned subsidiary of Limelight Media Group, Inc. (OTC BB:LMMG.OB - News), announced today it has reactivated the Rigs for Kids(c) project.
Rigs for Kids(c) is a project that places billboards on the side panels of long haul truck trailers with information on missing children. Over 100 trailers were equipped in 2003 with the signage representing 11 missing children. As a direct result of the program, 3 children were located. The program has received national attention and will be expanded to encompass other beneficial programs both in cities and over the road. The Company intends to expand the project to include projects supporting terminally ill children. Rigs for Kids(c) will seek to display information for 6 children over the next 3 months. Information regarding the project can be found at http://www.rigsforkids.org

Stewart Layton, President of OTR Media, said, ``We have requests for mobile billboards for 2 children initially and want to provide assistance in locating these children as quickly as possible. With the success achieved by the Rigs for Kids(c) project in 2003, we trust that the re-launching of the project will assist in finding even more children going forward. We are also developing programs to provide partnership relationships with our advertisers and Rigs for Kids(c) which should prove beneficial to all parties. In addition, the project provides strong evidence for the effectiveness of mobile advertising.''

OTR Media is an outside media advertising firm specializing in truck side advertising. Started in 2003, OTR has expanded its network to over 1000 useable trucks for over the road advertising. Advertisers receive state-of-the-art, premium quality four color computer-generated vinyl displays mounted on the sides of delivery trucks by means of patented frame systems. The displays are sold in programs designed to create different levels of exposure in single or multiple markets over varying lengths of time. OTR is currently expanding operations to include metro- based marketing initiatives in five major markets. In addition to its community service project, Rigs for Kids(c), OTR has also developed a proprietary GPS tracking system and supporting software to provide real time measurements for advertisers. More information on OTR Media is accessible at http://www.otrmedia.com. OTR Media is a majority-owned subsidiary of Limelight Media Group, Inc.

Limelight Media Group, Inc. creates, manages and supports out-of-home digital advertising and promotional networks. The Company's digital media management system enables simultaneous delivery of video content to a variety of remote audiences in real time, allowing for immediate customization of messages through a centralized network operations center. The Company is developing an initiative to enhance its product offerings in digital media with traditional media sources and technology products.

The market cap is extremely high. look at their balance sheet - Nothing! How can next to nothing in tangible assets suddenly create 8 million in revenue.
This one stinks big time! Not to mention the financials are late! Not to mention Cornell is involved.
