they also make "plastic lumber" in my part of the country is becoming popular (upper midwest) its popular in making decks, it costs a bit more but its no maintenance, stianing your deck every couple years sucks, and after time your boards become warped and rot even with treated lumber, so if I built a deck today I would use the no maintenance decking boards

This is my first input on this site because I'm brand new to investing in pinks, but I felt I should share this input from an "expert" and let you smart people make up your own minds.
I've got a lot invested in this stock, and because of my prompting, so did my brother. He asked his friend (a real stock broker) to take a look at it, and here's his reply:
"The real value of this company if everything goes right with their contracts is between .002 and .005. I read press releases all of the time. This one is a joke. It is the silliest press release I have seen in a long time. No legitimate corporate executive uses words like Incredible and tremendous. They keep talking about contracts with major companies, but never give the names of the companies. They thank current and future shareholders. Please, give me a break. To value this stock at 30 million is a joke. Please let anyone involved in this stock know that it is too risky. Makes no sense."
take it for what it's worth...I'm still hanging in there awhile longer.

Settle down fellas (please--before coming after ol' Tblue) whether he is sincere or not, it's just an opinion. And if history is an indicator of the future, don't attack this fella because if he's not sincere then he will have gotten the reaction he was looking for out of everyone.

First, I am sincere and was just offering up the "advice" my brother's stockbroker gave him...so no need to bash me...and I am holding on to my pissant 30K shares. Second, my nickname on here and the coincidence to TBlue is strictly that, a coincidence.

I talked to my friend and he said the real value of your opinion is about the same as a can of spam.

It's too late to help the poor bastaard Buckeye!! they already killed him...
To address Trew Blue 1st, the name of the company has been released in the past... check out BlueLinx... and if you do not believe the PR, then call bluelinx and verify that they are selling PLNI products!
How does the stockbroker know the financials? The only information I have ever received is from the Investor Relations person... so until the audited financials come out....

Didn't realize everyone was so touchy...I'll just keep future inputs I receive to myself...I guess I was wrong in assuming that most interested parties...i.e., those of you who have also invested their hard-earned money into plni...would be interested in hearing what so called "experts" had to say...but I fear I was wrong. IMHO, there's a difference between someone who bashes a stock versus someone who offers up information and allows others to form their own opinions toward that information. So, bash away at me if you must, I have very thick skin (3 marriages, 4 teenagers, and 10 yrs as a fighter pilot will do that to ya), and can take it. One further point of clarification...with respect to the amount of stock I own, "a lot" to me can still be a "pissant" amount to many of you...it's all relative. Regardless of the bashing, I'm still cheering PLNI on!

I'm not sure I would want to take the word of a stock broker unless he expected to make money from my investments. They can be bashers too, or pumpers for that matter. In fact thats the second reason I don't trade with a broker any more.

The R/S won't occur for some time to come. In the meeting they had with WallSt folks last week, they mentioned that obviously they will need to do a R/S to move to the Nasdaq. A move to the Nasdaq, not the OTCBB. That is common sense, all that PLNI needs to do to move to OTCBB land is an audit IMHO.
From what I heard, the move to the Nasdaq and a R/S sounds like a long ways off. The move to the OTCBB will be here within the next month or two I believe.

I was a bit confused at first but now that I understand, because I can be "muleheaded", the r/s wont occur for at least 12 to 18 months after we are on the otcbb and maybe not at all. It may occur for this stock to be on Nasdaque. By then what the stock will be worth, we will all be retired on some tropical island with beautiful women , with no tops, bringing us pina colada's. It's only going to get better !!!!

Wrong. The word "Nasdaq" was never mentioned by PLNI (and I don't think by anyone else). I heard the reply myself. The wording used by one of the PLNI representatives--top of my head, I believe it was Howe--was ambiguous, and could be interepreted a number of different ways. But he never said, "eventually," "a long way off" or "only when we move to Nasdaq" (or any other higher exchange.
I was on the road for Father's Day weekend so am only catching up on traffic. I believe I saw a message here at some point saying the R/S issue will be clarified . And there's the note from a poster above who said he spoke with Howe, with a PR to come out tomorrow. So that's good.
By the way, I wasn't terribly offended by the poster who said a friend of his looked at PLNI and said it could be valued at .02 .05 at most, and that to value the stock at $30 million was a joke. I just didn't see much to back up that opinion.

Im so confused, Ive heard so many different things I dont know what to believe about the r/s I dont see why you would need to do one to get off the pinks, i do see why you would need to do one to get on something like nasdaq, ive been in many companies that have done a r/s some it hurts some it helps and some has no change

Just listened to the last five seconds of the webcast again.
See, that's the thing--the exact words he used--I posted them here at the time--could be interpreted at least two ways. One: soon we will go on OTCBB and do an R/S or Two: Soon we will go on OTCBB and later we'll do a reverse split.
So it's definitely something that needs clarification and I'm glad to see there's talk it will be clarified. There are good reasons to do an R/S, as others have said; it just all depends on the timing and the true reasons.
