My guess is the next one will be audit completion... which IMHO should be released no later than tomorrow to give all the attendees at the NYC conference a chance to review.
This then should be followed IHMO on Monday by the announcement that the OTCBB application has been made!

Wish I had a bag full of $$$$. It would be like going to the pony track. Put this on the #1 horse (PLNI) to win. Then I would wait right there till the race was over and collect my dough. But I don't have a bag full of $$$$. I know this one is a winner and I'll have to settle for the little that I have. At the wire it's PLNI in front and driving !!!!

SGT, what is your problem? Some of the people on this thread are excited that we might make some money on this stock. You think every person who has some positive comments about this stock are all paid pumpers. I wish I was getting paid to pump but I am just a working stiff like everyone else. You need to chill out and enjoy life and have some fun and stop being so negitve about every little thing. Life is too short. Smile SGT it doesn't hurt.

I was asked what is my call on PLNI, I have done extensive DD on it and reading from all of you. PLNI is a legit company, good website and product. A product that will be used and needed worldwide and most of all bought.
I mentioned last week that PLNI was going to hold it’s own for 8 trading days at .017-.019 I was wrong it turned out to be .015-.017’s. It has now been 8 days, tomorrow I hope we hear the PR News that are expected, even without the news too many good things are expected in the near future, that will drive up the stock.
PLNI is the only .pk stock I noticed that is participating or participated in the conference. That to me mean a lot, to be playing with the big boys while you are the little guy. There’s a lot to be learned from the big guys.
I see PLNI and this is a wish and hope, that it will be double from today’s price by next week.

To be honest I got out today at .0013 took a lost my average price was .0015. Probably a bad thing since there is lots of hype and wishes on this stock, but let me explain my reasons of why I chose to get out. I still hope it climbs and I’m rooting for all of you, it’s not my money you are taking, gosh I will we all could make money. My reasons are these, again is just my reasons, and only my opinion, you decide for yourself. I got in wishing I could double, triple heck x10 my money. My reasons:
1) The preview we got today from the website, did not impress me at all, we got exactly what I feared the most. An amateur, unprofessional, second class site. 2) I am a computer programmer for a living and have created several websites for the company I work for and some for some friends that run their own business or their family website. 3) The quality that WFTV is very poor, my 14 year old son can do a better job. 4) If you noticed what they have created are links to the official TV channel website, in other words a link. That is called a Portal Webpage, yes, that’s what other rich sites provide, but look at the quality. 5) Tell me if you were the owner of Pepsi, M&M would you pay hundreds of dollars WFTV to advertise your product? People visit sites that are cool and informative, and the preview that WFTV gave us is something that I can find in the underground city or a very poor country that just got a computer and novice webmaster. 6) Very important in my decision to get out today, a) the dilution of shares b) why the major decrease in price since their announcement of going OTCBB, while PLNI and HISC have gone up since their announcement. 7) I have asked if anyone has any information or input on the announcement of OTCBB and no solid or no response from the so called experts on the WFTV thread, that silence scared me. 8) I wrote on my notes 7 reasons I should keep PLNI and had no problem coming with them. I tried the same with WFTV and the only positive thing I came up with was all the hype on the thread and their website, which I explained above my disappointment. 9) I say again these are my opinions and honest opinions. I am still rooting for all of you.

normally i pull some and leave some, but this time, i have pulled all mine out.. I would like to buy again, but I am waiting to get in cheaper than current prices... maybe it will take off with out me... looks like it will take another dip down before up, but maybe I am only hoping

Good post, thank you for your honest personal opinion. One thing to remember sometimes it doesn't matter how good or bad a PENNY stock (Company) is the MM's can choose any stock and run it.
Over all a GOOD post, it won't matter if you are right or wrong people like me will do what we decide at the end.
Informative and good post on what things to look for in a stock. I like your manner in the way you explain your reasons, without bad mouthing or bashing the stock or hyping it. Just concerns and reasons that I'm sure have crossed our minds.

The stated and un-stated listing requirements for the OTCBB are as follows:
fully reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission, not a black check or inactive company, minimum of 40 stockholders of record holding at least 100 shares each (note: this number is informal and has been moving up), directors, officers, and stockholders will be scrutinized for previous involvements in other OTCBB companies, in particular blank check companies, must have a market maker submit 15c211 application to NASD and agree to act as market maker for securities of company.

I'm thinking any PR will come out on Monday through Wednesday concerning the financials and SEC application...back to back with the conference......I know someone said today but I'm thinking the beginning of the week...If that's true then we may see a dip today or trade sideways.

If no PR by lunch don't be surprised if some folks dump...Take the PPS down some...It seems the 11:00 AM PR target was what a lot of folks were looking to...
Not to worry...We will see it by Tueasday at the latest...hang in there...
