Well, if James Turek wants to file his paperwork to the SEC by the 15th which is next Wednesday, He must be crossing the T's and dotting the I's this week with Accounting on the Merger of SEMCO and the SEC Filing. Like waiting for your Birthday to see how big a present you'll get. I would like mine .10 or above for the first run. Then with SEC listing .50 or above for the second run. Then swing it for the whole year untill the NASDAQ, then we'll just have to do it all over again. Go PLNI

I can almost bet that Plasticon's Profits will be larger than HISC's profits this year. And why do they get all the buzz. It's because Homeland Security is on everyones lips, but so are the falling appart bridges and crumbling highways. The company has said they will do around 5 million this year and if SEMCO can bring in another 3 million we are already 3 1/2 x what HISC did this past year. Remember the one contract alone was for 500k this year. So how is Blue Linx doing with their distribution and sales. Home depot and Lowes on the way?

Home Land Integrated Security Systems reported a Net Profit of over $550,000 for the year end. Sales for the year ended December 31, 2004 were $2,061,856 with Gross Profit for year ended December 31, 2004 of $1,585,051 Expenses for the year were less than $1,000,000 and the company reported a Net Operating Profit of $585,666.

All they need to do is go after state level and the states will make them use the rebar on ALL bridges then they wouldnt have to chase the individual contractors...thats more than likely where they are focusing thier attention. If thier is $1 of fed money in it then they get involved and that would be a TREMENDOUS home run due to the fact that the transportation bill is federal!!!!! Add all that in the mix with the fact that they now have the capability of 600% more production and can now keep up with demand!!
In Turek's words to me "we already have the icing, we just need the cake now"

it is so hard to believe with all the news and the position this company is making for itself that it still trades at under 2 cents i have one heck of a profit but still i wonder if it is just not one of the glamore stocks. go plini goooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't understand either, being a pinky hurts it. too many people including myself have been burned by pinky's
This PR is great but still no movement, what is it going to take to get some movement up, even just a slight move forward we have not seen a Green Day in over a week!!!!!!!

pink-sheet status is the key--we have to leave it. Big runups can take place on the pinks but are largely based on speculation. Three cheers for speculation, but PLNI is not that kind of play.
Today's news is nice but I'd be surprised if it ran up much. It's an announcement about a new manufacturing process that could be very cool if contracts roll in. Good to announce, but we're still in pinky land.
Outlandish hopes ("hope to see .10 in a few weeks") do not help but are part of the game. In my humble and perhaps not very informed opinion, this company really could be the Microsoft of Rebar etc. But when we do get OTCBB and audit, I expect 1) a runup and 2) possible collapse when all the speculators don't get an eight gazillion percent runup.

well being a pink hurts but we have all seen pinks run to 20 cents with a lot less assets and a lot less marketing acomlishments. look at nico wich i am in two they have nothing but an office and an idea and in the middle of a law suit and no retail contracts ran to 3cents a share for a short period of time. thats all iam saying that if this was a tech stock or something of glamore it would be past 2 cents right now.its just a great undervalued stock with a long way to go

Yes, you're right, nico illustrates the point nicely. All spec/momemtum, generated by short-time traders ("not that there's anything wrong with that")
PLNI was at .003 basically just one little month ago. It has already run up more than 500% in a mere thirty days. So the stock has already had a killer run and stayed up at the new base for awhile, which is amazing. So far, so good.

big news to follow months after that is huge sales reports and eventually Jim Turek's ultimate goal is Nasdaq.

i remeber jim turek said awhile back that the plan was to file some near the end of the secound quarter and if all went ok they would be fully reporting during the third quarter and that sounds about right

I hope not, since that would be a waste of the man's valuable time. He's already said on the record, as noted above and at the end of this post, that it would be completed within four weeks of May 18. Today is June 7.

I agree with you but there have been those who have wasted the man's time will less important issues than trying to determine how the audit is progressing

Too true! Actually I take this period as a mini-test of the company. Pink sheets say crazy things all the time, don't we all know it. When serious companies make statements about finishing audits, however, they stick to them--because serious people don't talk like that until their ducks are lined up.

I spoke with him yesterday regarding my deck quote that I faxed him on Thursday. He told me that he recieved it and took it home to work on over the weekend but did not get around to it. He said in exact quote "I have been extremely busy because I am in the middle of TWO audits so that we can begin trading on the OTC and I am getting close and I should have your quote before the end of the week"
And for the record I am really building a deck and I have pieces of thier plastic lumber on my desk sent to me by Judy and all the other products I can find seem to be either PVC,Hollow or just plain garbage. I have been researching it for over two months and they seem to have a great board, however, everything is custom made and they are not available in stores or dealers. I can tell you that the manufacturing facility is located in the Chicago area because we spoke about freight charges and thats where it will be shipped from.

another day in the red after a good PR...The only PR that will make this thing run will be the OTC news, I don't think the completion of the audit will bring in many buyers, look at today after a great PR about lowering production cost 20% and no movement at all...I just don't get it! I'm getting a little frustrated...gotta stp watching again...someone send me a email when something happens...lol...I'll start a chant..,let's go PLNI, Let's go PLNI, Let's go!!!!

If I'm interpreting my Ameritrade streamer detail accurately, there has been a lull but the last transaction it shows is .0168 at 14:09 Eastern time. Guess tha'ts 2:09, as I post it's 2:20.
