I'm going to say it again - there is no reason why this stock should have any significant appreciation in the very near future.

The real appreciation will happen when the company announces it is in the "quiet" period.

I am expecting they will announce one or two press releases on earnings and such before the one announcing the quiet period. This is just my guess.

Also, as I mentioned above, I really do believe in this stock. I believe in it enough to have put over $100,000 of my life savings into this stock. But I also believe I'll have to be patient to realize my gains.

The charts are looking fantastic!

http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=PLNI,uu[w,a]daclyyay[db][pb50!d20,2!f][vc60][iLc20!La12,26,9]&pref=G

I agree, with a good PR, this one would see 0.01!

Even without one, I think it could hit 0.004+.....

The MACD is positive, the CMF is diverging Positive and has crossed into the green. The stochs are still pointing up, the RSI is gaining some strenght, and the best part are the bolli's. They are so tight, the bid touches the bottom and the ask hits the top..... it is ready to go!

I am guessing they were MM sell between themselves...

2 25K trades @ 26 followed by a couple 5k trades... all mirrors with one another! Makes you wonder!

i think PLNI is getting really close. that stock emporium update said they are at 2.5 million dollars of revenue this year with rebar supports only already. said they should get to $5,000,000 easy. that doesn't include revenue from office products or bedliners or sports surfaces etc. we have only 3.5 million market capital right now. this is gonna blow soon. now if they would just give a pr with some preliminary financials [Eek!]
that rebar support number is expected to grow to $15 million in 3 years and $35 million within 5 years...WHOA!

stoli...

I agree.... just think of how much construction is going on. And the new highway systems and tool roads just for Tractor trailers... those have to be extra reinforced to handle the load. That is alot of rebar supports and signage that is needed!

With a PR, this is going to multi penny real quick!

I am now the proud owner of just under 1 mill shares....
1 penny pps = 10 grand
2 penny pps = 20 grand
3 penny pps = 30 grand
4 penny pps = new bmw z4 silver metallic black top grey leather..... ohhhh babbbyyyyy!!!!!!

Texas has a proposal for a $7.2 Billion project (TTS-35)
http://www.dot.state.tx.us/txdotnews/ttc-35/TTC-35cda_signed_version.pdf

This is interesting... about 1/3 way down...it is an older report but still interesting!

"The European Union will spend nearly $100 billion over the next decade to build 9,000 miles of new super-highways and is upgrading an additional 3,000 miles."

"The Imperative for Interstate Investment: Expensive as they might appear, improvements are necessary. According to reports prepared for the Federal Highway Administration, the pace of super-highway lane construction in urban areas over one million would have to be increased substantially to stop the growth of traffic congestion. Yet, the annual cost of such would be only $3 billion --- a fraction of the peak annual construction costs incurred during the 1960s and 1970s, and a 2.5 percent increase in the nation's annual surface transportation budget."

doc... I think that if this gets about 6-7million in volume, the price will jump by about 30% or so setting off a bunch of alarms. When that happens, a bunch more people will be jumping on board starting a good run.....

I will be very happy to say that I was in on it from the beginning! [Big Grin]

From the Stock Emporium:

Plasticon International, Inc. has entered into and begun to fill orders for plastic supports on an exclusive distribution agreement with the largest US building products distributor. The initial commitment of $5.3 million includes the US, Puerto Rico and Caribbean, which will establish a solid base of distribution for the company and greatly enhance brand exposure of their plastic accessories. Plasticon's products will be carried in national retail outlets that over the next 2 years will be supplied by 63 distribution centers located throughout the country. Each center by average, represents a potential order of $300,000 wholesale or a total of $18 million annually without factoring reorders or special product requests for the US Market alone. As well, current negotiations for Canadian orders represent an additional potential of $2-4 million a year.

WICKLUND SIGNS DEAL WITH BLUELINX ON REBAR SUPPORT PRODUCTS
05/19/2004
LEXINGTON, KY -- (PRNewswire-FirstCall) Wicklund Holding Company announced that its exclusively-licensed sales company, International Plastics, has engaged BlueLinx Corporation as the national distributor of Wicklund's rebar support products.
Wicklund also recently announced that International Plastics had completed a two-year, $5.3 million sales contract for its rebar support systems. That contract was with Georgia-Pacific. BlueLinx has a six-year distribution agreement with Georgia-Pacific for the distribution of Georgia-Pacific products, including Wicklund's rebar supports. "This is an exclusive relationship for our companies, which will for the first time provide for the national distribution of our rebar supports," said James Turek, president of Wicklund Holding Company.

The stuff on the Stock Emporium is a year old.

I want new news.

thanks for the stars. returned the favor [Smile]

Balder, the bottom of the emporium review said that they have 2.5 million in revenue this year. that was something new to me. i guess i assumed they were taking in revenues, but at least that confirms it.

good volume at ask today. need ut.

Stoli.. I agree... I have also been reading on a couple other boards that they are getting interested in this... I am wondering if todays action was some of them getting in before a big run. I am going to keep my eye glued to it and watch the trades to see how it plays out!

This one is going to be a big money maker for me!

i don't suppose anyone's an edgar-online subscriber? i would like to see some of their previous 10q's from the 80's and 90's to see how they were looking. not that it would be super relevant, but good dd anyhow. says its a 1200 dollar annual subscription. i don't need it that bad [Razz]
http://pro.edgar-online.com/resultsFilings.asp?ticker=PLNI&StartRow=1&EndRow=25&v_qsp=1

they sure have a long history of filing, can't find that on too many pinks. hope they get back to it soon!.

The 2.5mil they had in sales 'this year' was refering to FY04, not FY05 (as best I can tell).

They were forecasting roughly 2.5mil previously for FY04 (for some reason I have the figure 2.3mil in my head).

From the bottom of the Stock Emporium write-up:

Revenue Forecast

Plasticon's primary focus is plastic rebar supports which generate approximately 90% of revenue sales. Plasticon is nearing $2.5 million in sales for this year and expects to finish between $4 to $5 million for 2005. With a build-out that involves acquiring additional molds for pouring, and production levels coming inline accordingly, the company anticipates $15 million in revenue for year 3 and $35 million in revenue for year 5.

So,

FY04 = Year 1 = 2.5mil
FY05 = Year 2 = 4.5mil
FY06 = Year 3 = 15mil
FY08 = Year 5 = 35mil

They 'expect' to see doubling revenues this year. Wel, I expected to win the 205million in the Megamillions drawing last Friday... but it didn't happen.

I will be basing my value calculations on actual revenue, which appears to be around 2.5mil a year right now.

This calculates out to a pps value of more than 0.01.

This is why I am sitting long on 40million shares when the current pps this low.
