Maybe I'm wrong Balder, but I agree with you. Sold off my VNTB on Fri and bought more PLNI. I think the train is leaving the station real soon. The webcast should be interesting. Off topic I know, but you ever fish the Trask Dustoff?

Sunday, May 15, 2005 - May Focus Stock Update - Plasticon International, Inc. (PK: PLNI)
Green Baron CEO Webcast with PLNI CEO Jim Turek will be Available Tomorrow Morning, Monday May 16
Anyone even thinking about buying PLNI and, of course, all those that currently own the stock will need to listen to our exclusive Green Baron CEO Webcast with Jim Turek. We advise our members to listen very carefully to what Mr. Turek has to say. He has a great deal to say about this company as well as his future plans for PLNI. The numbers will absolutely astound you!
PLNI retraced on Friday morning to the break out price of .0058 and found support. We expect PLNI to hold above .006 and begin another solid move higher. There have been some wild swings in PLNI lately, and we believe strong fundamental news will drive this stock much higher. The Green Baron Report predicts another very strong week for PLNI.
Anyone wish to throw out their guess as to How much revenue Plasticon will generate this year? I am really curious what Kind of numbers will absolutely astound me! Are we looking at more than a 5 cent stock before we even hit the OTC? This will be fun. GLTA

Here is a reprint of what I posted a while back with FOT's help. If my guess was even close to the numbers Jim Turek releases tomorrow our investment should be worth quite a bit more within hours of the webcast. GLTA
So here is the scoop on the float and some other good tidbits that I have learned by talking to the people at Plasticon today. There is 2 bill authorized shares, 1.4 billion float. 73% of that is Insider Owned (restricted). So how may shares could Jim Turek retire? The market cap @ .003 is about half times earnings which makes this stock way under value. The company is not funding operations by the selling of shares to raise capital! There is no Carry forward Debt. Companies always have carry forward losses (which is a good tax write off), but I was told this would be minimal. The new distribution partner Blue Linx has 64 locations and sells between $300-400,000 per turn of the inventory product line from Plasticon. Now the majority of the centers are turning the product 4-7 times a year. The company stated that they had for example one center in Florida that had turned the entire inventory in 5 weeks. I did not get the location as FOT had gotten though. Hmmmm, now lets see what we get by doing a little OLD school math Chopper style and I am a little more aggressive than FOT. And this is IMO only as Well! If we have 64 centers turning the low end of dollars or $300,000 per turn and we say they only turn the product 4 times a year (again the low end of the spectrum) we get 64 X $300,000 X 4 turns or 76.8 million in revenue. Plastic products traditionally have a nice profit margin of about 26% for raw virgin plastics and about 34% for recycled plastics. So lets use the bottom end again 76.8 mil X 26% = $19,968,000 Profit for the year at Current shipping levels here in the US. Oh and I forgot the International Markets which I have no clue until their one year reporting is complete and Finished (THIS Month to move to the OTC Immediately). But lets just say Half of the total revenue for the US distribution or $38,400,000 X 26% again = 9,984,000 or a grand total of $29,952,000 for profit this year on the LOW end of the Scale. Now do you really think this company needs to have a RS? I think not! And what is this puppy really worth? IMO (.10) Right this very minute, and if the sales beat the projections; Look Out it's going WAY higher than that! Now can we go to the Big boards after that? You bet in ONE year after they make it to the OTC to meet the listing requirements by then the sales will have doubled (again at the low end of the scale) and this stock will see prices in the $5-$10 range in as little as 18 months. Once again in my opinion.

Chopper you have funny math going there. 78 million in revenue this year?
In no publication I have seen has Plasticon ever estimated revenues for this year to be over $5 million.
I will be supprised if they even make revenue predictions on the webcast. I am expecting them to say great things about how the new slab bolster molds are industry leading & cuting edge, more productive, etc. I am not expecting them to come out and tell me that revenue forecasts have risen 1500% in the last month.

Balder, Probably no where near the actual.... But it sure is fun to be on the optimistic side. I want to have them absolutely astound me with the numbers! So what do you think rather than scoffing at some hypothetical numbers? Answer the original question.

Corndo, Funny you should ask that question. Yes there is one stock that I know of that did that very massive jump. It is CKXE. It went from 6 cents to $29.00 almost over nite with the licensing purchase of the Elvis Presley memorabilia. So it can happen, a stock goes from penny land to incredable highs. Let's all have some fun this week! GLTA
In February 2005, Robert F.X. Sillerman and his then new media and entertainment company CKX, Inc. acquired an 85% interest in the company Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc., including its physical and intellectual properties. Lisa Marie Presley retains a 15% ownership in the company and continues to be involved, as does her mother Priscilla. The pre-existing EPE management team remains in place and the company's operations, including the Graceland tour, continue uninterrupted, only with a much brighter future and wider global outreach made possible with the new partnership. EPE is a wholly owned subsidiary of CKX, Inc., which is a publicly traded company listed on the Nasdaq National Market System (NMS) under the ticker symbol CKXE.
