Holding on too long...

That's the reason is not moving, we are holding, no one is selling, I guess.

Has anyone ever seen a stock stay this tight for various days.

I mean it has been between .0125 and .0135 or tighter for over 7 trading days now.

has anyone seen this before.

Thanks

Not a pink stock, not in the absence of news, and not after a +300% increase from the previous plateau.

Pretty amazing.

A couple of sells and the price falls to a more attractive entry point. This can start an upward trend in small stocks like this. Happens all the time.

Current penny stocks owned: PLNI, VWKM, AMHD. And yet none of them are moving anywhere....

It's impossible to get shares at this price. If your looking to sell I have an open order for 2 million shares standing there at 0.0129

can't get filled.

Balder, I know you are way more experiened than me--but do you have an AON order in? that's my preference because I hate getting weird stock lots--but when I go large I break up the orders. Bought another 800,000 or so today but in two separate 400K lots.

Don't mean to imply you're a newbie--just wondering what your approach is.

I put in an order for 2mil when the ask was 0.0129 - I knew the ask wasn't deep enough to fill me completely, but it took only a few thousand shares to dry it up.

11+ million shares traded today, all at 0.013 or less. I guess I should have placed my order earlier in the day.

as for aon - no. when buying penny stocks I determine how many shares I want and then place an order for that amount and then am just thankful for anything that gets filled.

When buying shares I hate breaking up large orders because then I have to pay the commission multiple times.

I'm cheap like that.

Tell Balder the truth! At the current PPS he is over paying for his shares by almost 40%.

Oh wait, I forgot, everyone here is trying to pump this pig!

* No audit
* More empty delayed promises
* No retirement or buyback
* Bawhahahahah!

Stock will capitulate before moving higher(MM games). Nuff said!

Cold...

If you go back and read page 3, you would see that Balder has been here ALOT longer than you! So, you are the last person that should be giving him advise!

I think he knows this company better than you and I combined.... which is basically saying that he knows it a little better than myself!

Cold, you're a...oh nevermind.

I've been holdin' so long I feel it's my civic resposibility to hold on until I hear something one way or the other. I look at the Wallstreet little story and I agree: the volume of PLNI didn't warrant an agressive buyers alert. The bones in my knees say it's about to rain.
PR's that is.

Something interesting.

Public Announcements for May: 7
Public Announcements for June: 7
Public Announcements for July: zero, nada, zip

Verdict: hold'em tight.

When the PR's start rolling, they are going to fall like rain. In Spain. Mainly on the plain. One thing after another. What's the hold up? The audit. If the audit numbers had not been promised or if some simple form of accounting documentation had been released, then the quality of PR's released in the past month would have sent any other company's stock to the moon. We, Plasticons, must have those numbers. Anything else would be a waste of valuable publicity.
Just my opinion.

Cold - I made $350,000 cash profits from PLNI last quarter... I am very aware of the 'value' of PLNI

and it is currently undervalued in my honest opinion.

If you search all my posts I only post what I honestly believe.

I honestly believe PNLI is a great company with tremendous potential. They have solid existing sales (and a net operating profit!) and an ambitious plan for the future.

It is not a guarenteed home run, but its a hell of a lot better than just about any other crap being posted on this board.

I am afraid I will not be able to get all the shares I want at the price I want so I'll just have to be grateful for the shares I do get.

And yes, I am currently paying more for per share than the average price I sold last quarter... I just don't think the price is going to fall much below what it is now.

President and CEO Jim Turek Announces That Audit of All Company Financials Will be Completed in Four Weeks

LEXINGTON, Ky., May 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Plasticon International Inc. (Other OTC:PLNI.PK - News) today announced that it has come one step closer in the company's transition strategy to move from the Pink Sheets to the OTCBB. An audit of all company financials will be completed in four weeks.

JUNE 15, 2005 NO COMPLETED AUDIT.

JULY 13, 2005 STILL NO COMPLETED AUDIT.

YOU CAN BUY SEMCO FOR CASH BUT A MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE ABOUT FINANCIALS AND YOU CAN'T GET THAT DONE. SHOOT, WHO WAS IT TALKING TO JIM THE CEO AND HE TOLD THEM THAT THEY WOULD HAVE UPGRADE DONE BY THE TIME OF THAT APPEARANCE BEFORE THE INVESTOR GROUP WHICH WAS LIKE 2 WEEKS AFTER THAT CONVERSATION. FURTHER, YA'LL ELABORATED HOW HE COULDN'T EVEN APPEAR BEFORE THAT GROUP WITHOUT UPGRADE.

Friday June 17, 10:50 am ET

Mr. Turek said that the company's top priority right now is to have the company audit completed by the end of July. "I am confident that we can meet this deadline. This is a very important step for us. Once the audit is completed we will immediately file the necessary documents with the SEC, in order to move Plasticon to the OTCBB. We expect this to be accomplished in the next 30 to 90 days. "

SO LET'S DANGLE THIS CARROT OUT ANOTHER 3-MONTHS BUT LET'S THROW IN JULY FOR CONVERSATION BUT PUT A CUSHION OF 90-DAYS IN THERE JUST IN CASE. I ALSO REMEMBER SOMEONE ON THE BOARD TELLING US HOW JIM IS A GOOD OLE BOY AND HE UNDERSTANDS HOW MOST PINK SHEET COMPANIES ARE AND HE'S GOING TO BE A STAND UP GUY, ETC.ETC.ETC. WHERE ARE ALL OF YOU FOLKS WHO SPOKE TO THIS CHARACTER ON THE PHONE, TELLING US ALL THESE GREAT THINGS ABOUT THIS AND THAT, AND THIS AND THAT. WHERE ARE YOU NOW.

YOU ARE ALL IN THE MUCK, JUST LIKE JIM TUREK WHO'S HANDLING THIS COMPANY JUST LIKE EVERY PINK SHEET COMPANY. TELL US:

"WE'RE PROFITABLE" WITH NOTHING TO BACK IT UP.

"UPGRADE" WITH NOTHING TO BACK IT UP BUT DELAY AFTER DELAY.

PLNI, JIM TUREK, SAME SONG AND DANCE AS ALL THE OTHERS.

HEY JIMMY BOY, THANK GOODNESS FOR YOUR MESSAGE BOARD PATRONS CAUSE OTHERWISE YOU WOULD HAVE NO ONE ELSE TO BELIEVE YOUR CLAIMS OF EVERYTHING YOUR GONNA DO BUT NEVER COMES TO LIGHT.

Thanks U4 for that dribble I see that you are still not taking your meds, but don't worry they have a new cure for some lab rats suffering from "mouth runoff itis" that will probably work for you. In the meantime keep that diaper tightly wrapped around your head so that we don't get splattered with the crap you are spewing.

You know diddle about PLNI and yet you profess to know it all.
