It looks great, insider buying and applying for the amex plus look at what they are doing, they have a great business plan. No one buys $19,000 worth of their own stock on the open market if they are not confident about it.

Check this out http://www.chinatechglobal.com/img/0501.pdf According to them we should see about a 5-6x increase in revenue in 2005, and then another huge increase in 2006 with profitability. This is a great short term and long term hold

there revenues are supposed to be 5-6x this year compared to last year, so when they announce good revenue for the quarter I dont see why we cant see .30

The float is the number of outstanding shares a corporation has available for trading. If there is a small float, stock prices tend to be volatile, since one large trade could significantly affect the availability and therefore the price of these stocks. If there is a large float, stock prices tend to be more stable.

I thought volatility was a good thing with pennies , we want those wild swings , especially if you're not going to hold it overnight .

State of incorporation , according to the microcap quote montage deal is Virgin Islands . They can get away with anything over there , don't have to file , can evade any type of taxes , launder money . Don't know what the china address is all about , if they were incorporated in the VI .
Now , i'm not saying this company , formerly DF China technology , is doing any of these things , but it's best to be a bit careful . If it moves and the L2s look decent i'm in , but i'll be out even faster . Then maybe i'll take a little cruise to the Virgin Islands and soak up some sun , courtesy of China something or other .

The info from yahoo on the % of insider holding is old info... as per the linked pdf and their most recent Q&A interview and PR, insider buying has been increasing and is more than likely already over 60%.. leaving 100mil in the float.
