Monday April 4, 12:11 pm ET

RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 4, 2005--Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc. (OTC:LBTN - News) today announced that an initial order of its early breast detection microendoscope system, the MastaScope(TM) has been shipped to Greece.
This initial shipment is expected to lead to future sales as Greek doctors there begin to use the system with their patients and experience the high quality of visualization in the milk ducts where the majority of the breast cancers originate. There are now MastaScope(TM) systems being utilized in Egypt, Croatia, China and Puerto Rico as well as the United States.

Lifeline also said the Company is submitting what is believed to be the final information requested by the Company's auditors. The Company is hopeful that upon review of this information, the audit will be forthcoming and can be provided to the public and shareholders, via the Company's website. Upon completion of the audit, the Company will consider filing the appropriate filing with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission in order to become reporting.

The Company also reported that management continues to explore business opportunities that can generate revenues as the Company continues to carry out research and development of its premiere technology, the First Warning System(TM), an early warning breast cancer detection system.

Because the various issues outlined above are outside the Company's control, the Company declined to issue specific timetable for completion, but noted that management is working diligently to bring each to fruition in as timely a manner as possible.

cowboy, I would like to know where in Greece they shipped the scope or scopes to. My girlfriend and I leave for Greece April 17th for 8 nights. It would be worth it to check out where they went - so I could come back and say whether it's true or bullchit. Of course the co. probably wouldn't tell you or I'd be so far away that I'd never make it to the shipment place.

It would be worth investigating through the contacts on the website. I also wonder if it is just fluff (buying time) or for real..
