How do you guys go about finding runners and get in early on them?? I'm sure there's a bit of luck involved but at the same time I'm sure there is a bit of skill...care to share with a newbie?

Watch for reversals after big drops. Buy a book on technical anylisis and learn to read charts. theres lots of stuff at your local library

No really you need a realtime filter program. Some brokers offer them but they are only for major exchange stocks. If you want a good pink and otc filter then its Microcap hands down here is a link on allstocks about it:
You get a $20.00 discount if you tell them you are a allstock member. Most daytraders on this site like Ktrain live by it.
Other then that you really have to just watch the board closely and do as DiegoKid said. But that doen't find them quick for you like a good filter program but Ktrain does list good ones each morning. But then your trusting someone else with your money if thats what you want.
