I have bought a small position. I'm glad it has dropped 50% in the last week. I will be doing some dd to find out whats going on. I called the transfer agent and to total outstanding is 42,200,093. It has dropped on what I would call low vol. Whoever was selling the 10-15 thousand blocks looked like they stopped on thursday.I have called the company a few times and have talked to the someone in the office. She would not let me talk to Bert but their pr girl that comes in late in the afternoon said she would have him call me. This is a copy of last pr. I know they charge us 3% to run our credit cards threw the machine at work. I don't know the cut of amds gets off each transaction. I like the industry. Set up a little machine and get paid to do nothing. It don't get any better than that.

I am going to bump this to the top every day until you guys have it at the top because it's running. Looks like I'm not the only buyer.Some buys coming in at .02 area. I think we have found a bottom. Bert does have the girls trained in the office. I ask one how many people worked there and she would not answer. I ask how busy they were she would not answer that on either.

Todays bump. This might be who selling. Buyers have came in.Of course I bought more today. Is this good or bad news. I guess time will tell. AMDS MAKES CORPORATE CHANGES

Todays bump brings 4 million more shares outstanding than last week (46 million now). Looks like the company is selling shares into the market at least they picked a decent price of .02 to do it in. I don't know who got the 4 mil. but it is dilution all the same. I don't have a ton yet and will not buy any more until somebody talks to me from the company. I will check share count every week.

Talked to bert last night. I will let you guys know what he had to say. It's not as bad as I thought. I am going to act like a 5 year old and change my mind. I might buy more today. Strong actions firing cfo. They had good reasons. I will post tonight. Someone is buying all the shares they can at .02 340,000 block went threw yesterday.

I am looking at the chart on this thing and it looks pretty good to me. Don't like the DMI but the RSI and MACD look real good. Adding to my short list.
By the way the rates for the CC are usely 1.5 to 3% depending on the type of card processed.

I have not wrote this on off yet. A strong rumor I started says someone shorted 8 mil. shares(hedge fund) and will have to cover. Thats where the buys are coming from. fbi and sec. are involved. One guess who was in on it? They might not have a job now.

Share count is still 46 mil. with at least 10% short. I just set my sell at .14. Lets get hot big baby.
