Last sell price of this stock is .25/share. The following is an excerpt from recent pr.

MARINA DEL REY, Calif., Mar 25, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Calprop Corporation (OTCBB:CLPO) today announced that a special committee of its board of directors and its full board of directors have each approved, and recommend that Calprop stockholders accept, a tender offer that has been commenced by NewCal Corporation for all of the publicly-held shares of Calprop Corporation common stock at a cash price of $0.65 per share, net to the selling stockholders.

The tender offer cutoff is April 21,2005. What happens until then are the outstanding shares still traded?

Guess this is just one of those things people don't care about. Was just curious what anyone thought of this, but, oh well.
