Been in this one for a few weeks. Had a run to .18 just a couple of weeks back then a run from .8 -.145 last week. don't usuely hold penny's long but I am with this one. I think what their doing will catch on sooner or later. I know they are working on getting this product from dumps as well as cow pies.

Intrepid Technology Announces 30 Million Cubic Feet a Day in Natural Gas Production Wednesday March 16, 9:47 am ET
WENDELL, Idaho, March 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The announcement of a natural gas pipeline, built by Intrepid Technology and Resources, Inc. (ITR) (OTC BB:IESV.OB - News), a renewable energy company, in the heart of southern Idaho's dairy industry has one rural mayor pretty energized. ADVERTISEMENT
Mayor Paul D. Isaacson in Wendell believes that the renewable energy company will not only bring to his community as many as 125 jobs, but it will measurably reduce the affects of the 350,000 head of milk cows and cattle that surround the area.
``What ITR brings to our area is not only jobs, related to their biogas production and sales, but an inroad onto air quality issues,'' said Isaacson. With the estimated 350,000 cows in the region the waste is overwhelming as well as associated odors. With that many animals within seven miles of Wendell, and by utilizing only half of the available manure from the area, would result in over 30 million cubic feet a day in natural gas production. Truly the Wendell area of Idaho could equal many small to mid-range natural gas fields found within the U.S. and make Wendell the natural gas capital of Idaho.``
The Methane production is the first of three phases of the ``Green Energy Industrial Park'' slated for the Wendell area. Included in this phase will be the installation of a pipeline in the two county areas to accumulate the gas to a central point where it can be ``packaged'' or made available to the end user. Soon to follow is the plan to expand the ``Green Energy Industrial Park'' facilities to produce Bio-Diesel using the oil grains that can be grown locally.
``Finally the crown of the entire project is the Ethanol production that would be added to the facility, which would make Wendell truly the energy capitol of Idaho and a key player in making the western part of the nation energy independent,'' said Isaacson.
Dr. Dennis Keiser, ITR's chairman, noted that the gas production quoted by the mayor of 30 million cubic feet of gas per day would make ITR's gas production in the Wendell-Jerome area of Idaho one of the most significant new gas fields within the continental U.S.
Dr. Keiser stated, ``We are pleased with the validation Mayor Isaacson provides to our Methane to market approach relative to production and distribution of biogas and recognition of the substantial environmental impact our company provides the dairy industry. We are also pleased to be working with the community of Wendell to potentially build other bio-fuel facilities such as bio-diesel and ethanol.''

(ITR) (IESV), a renewable energy company, announces that the average daily price of gas was up 27% for March 2005 compared to one year ago when it began construction of its Whitesides Biogas plant, and with the closing price on April 1st at $7.74 per thousand cubic feet (mcf), ITR is seeing a substantial increase in its planned revenue projections for its Methane-to-Market business. Dr. Dennis Keiser, ITR's president noted, "The price of natural gas is the index that will drive the selling price of ITR's biogas. As far as I'm concerned this one is real good I've been in since it was four cents. Increased my holdings this morning, I don't expect much increase until fall. Some day this will be really big.

Yeah, I bought some of this about a month ago. I'm planning on holding it at least until after their second stage facility is producing....maybe longer if natural gas keeps going up.

These are the type of stock I like, what I call basics. Everything has its ups and downs that includes natural gas, but the long term trend is definitely up. If I was in my 30s or 40s I would be investing in solar, any alternative energy stock. ALMI is another very good stock I believe, not an energy stock but has a corner on a certain type of product.
