High Road to buy back 50 million shares 11/8/2004 2:13:10 PM ENCINITAS, Calif., Nov 08, 2004 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- High Road International in Encinitas, Calif., said Monday its board has authorized a stock buyback program for up to 50 million common shares.
The company said the buy back decision demonstrates the confidence and optimism it has about its future.
High Road International designs technology and service related to entities, through new formations, acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures.

Your broker will usualy give yiou free Level 1 live quotes. For leve 2 quotesd you have to pay, with ameritrade it's $10/month.

missed the boat. Put a bid at .18 when it was .17 and it jumped right over me without filling. I hate when that happens.
