Keep an eye on ITHH.OB. Company has a float of a little more than 1 million shares and substantial accumulation has been occuring in the past several days. It is expected that their subsidiary PharmHose Inc is about to make a major announcement regarding its Patent Pending Software and a major National Pharmaceutical Chain.
Insiders own 76% of the company with an exact float of 1.3 million shares!
ITIS Holdings Inc. (ITIS) owns computer-related subsidiaries that operate pharmacies and provide technical support for operations. It is engaged in providing pharmacy operations through its subsidiary PharmHouse Inc. and technical support through its subsidiary OnPoint Solutions Inc.
An annoucement of a contract with a major pharmaceutical chain could easily send ITHH.OB to $1 to $2 within days ($5 to $10 million market cap)!
The company is in active negotiations for the sale of licenses to expand the RightScript(TM) product into several markets within Texas and other states, as well as for the purchase of additional pharmacies.

hey forest....i knew about the float and insider holdings....5.5mil o/s....but where di you hear about this expected major announcement and how did you calculate possible one to two dollar pps....anyway i hope your right....you and i can be the only ones in this lol

round and round she goes and where she stops...nobody knows....any body else in this with me...with a lev2...i sold have my shares and riding the rest for free now....almost half the float is gone again today at this early hour...so it should be interesting...no news ..this is a professional daytraders momo play ...unless somebody knows something that i dont

hey ktrain...didnt see you around yesterday ...so i had to find this one on my own...its been a great riding ten bagger ...and now im on the free ride ...hoping it can soar...but what i really would like to know is what is actually going on with this thing...is it just daytraders on a momo play ...is it insiders (which i doubt cause of the size of the buys) or is there some upcoming big news....such a piece of curiosity...but the answers could tell me how long to hold this...half the float is gone already today...yesterday 90% of float was gone....wish i could hear from someone in the KNOW
