I don't expect .005 next week, I simply think when it runs it will go at least that high. Could be this afternoon could be two months. I''ve made some cash flippin this one, but now I am going to let it run long-term; we'll see what kind of business they can get going. As far as this week's predictions: if you are looking to play a runner this is not "ripe" for the picking, but keep it on your radar and if it starts to move you can probably still catch a good run. That's not really my attack plan, I like to buy them super low when no one is paying attention to it. Another tip, as soon as KTRrain says its ready to go, I'd hop on.

I agree that it is ready to move but unfortunatly not enough people know that. What you need for this to go is volume and right now it is just not happening. I'll hold my shares too, but I am getting antsy and should have heeded your warning that this is more of a long-term stock.

I wouldn't say it is a joke, but it will take some patience. No one really knows about this stock right now and until the business model is revealed, this will remain pretty low. I still have no doubts that this will run hard and fast once everything shakes out.

Currently they are a holding company (whose business is to buy and sell other businesses) but speculation is that they will soon be a financial consulting firm. Since they recently rescinded the D&R Crane acquisition, they currently (at least to my knowledge) do not own or hold any businesses.
Those are the facts. Joke? Maybe, but at least they are not losing money by the bucketload and still sending out press releases telling everyone how great their company is like many of the so-called saviors of the penny stocks. This company might never turn into something great but at least you know you are not buying a stock at an inflated price, just to get cut off at the knees a week later by the pump and dump crowd. Personally, I think the company has a good chance of long-term success based on the CEO and the CFO's reputation and experience in this field. Hopefully more info will be available soon.

sunk down to .0003 at the end of the day for awhile till one buy came in at even for the day the bids are way backed p at .0003 and lower I exspect this stock to drop to .003 tommorow atleast in the morning . with no news comming out and nothing to look forward to I see this dipping to .0003 and maybe at lowest .0002 but I wouldent count on it to sit at .0002 for to long but I dont think it will spike up huge any time soon I agree with cashmaker this is a good long term stock but it may not jump up all the way it is though a good company and if you are patient it will work for you but i exspect it to site here for a little while IMHO good luck with it

Well, you will have more opportunities to get out, but with that low of a basis I think you should be fine, and can make a pretty good profit if you are patient. Some of my shares were bought at .005, which means I was stupid and did not let this thing consolidate and form a new base, my fault, I was the one that jumped on a sinking ship. I have averaged down my investment and luckily I got a boatload at .0003 and .0004, and I could have recovered and made a profit at .0009, but I decided to just sell enough to ride some free shares because long-term I think this still has a chance to be a 10 bagger. Now, however, I think the base has been formed and this has traded in a pretty consistent range of .0004-.0009 for some time now, with predictable support and resistance levels. It is shaping up to look like it could break out, but again, without a real solid acquisition it might not.
Eventually this might run real hard, and if this happens without the release of good news, I suggest everyone get out because the spike is only temporary. Even if you are not a daytrader, and consider yourself long on this one, take advantage of any monumental spikes. Myself, now that I am riding free shares I will start to get fidgety and sell half of my remaining shares around .0025 if it spikes and I can't find a reason for it, and the remaining half if it gets to .005. If good news is released and I feel the run is justified I may hold, but that is a much tougher situation.

Hey guys as you know I keep watch on this stock I was on a few other bulliten bored and I guesse word is someone has talked to a few major mm's holding this stock down and they are exspecting this stock to drop to .0002 withing the next week and once it gets that low they are planning on holding it down there for a few months to shake out the un patient then we will see what happens there . Idk how true this report is but i figured i would try and keep you updated on this stock . The word is I guesee alot of people are planning on getting out of this stock at the .0003 range in the next few days and are planing on buying again at .0002 to gain the 50% instant return when it does go back up to .0003 and higher in the future again Idk how true any of this is but if it does drop to .0002 im definitly in . good luck to everyone . and let me know what you guys have heared or know

I need to check my ameritrade account but I have had a buy order in for some time now...I think I got filled the 21st but missed the run when I was on vacation....hope it goes again....i need some green.

Oh, I thought you got in today at .0003. I've had a buy in at .0003 for some time. I got some before and sold at .0009, now I'm riding free shares but I would love to get some more cheap.

how does it work with the bids for who gets in first and who dossent . SAy that there is a bunch of people that have bids in at .0003 who gets the shares first is it by who ever placed the order first or how many shares you are requesting or etc..

Not good for any shorts This stock is being held up to .0003 by only 1 bid then its down to .0002 From there asks are at .0004 but may drop if the .00003 bid is furfilled This stock dossent show a sign of really going anywhere to fast keep an eye on it like i said befour I thought it would hit .0002 as a bottom and people would play it as a quick 33% profit keep on eye on it

Any one who is planning on getting out at .0003 then jumping back in at .0002 for a 33% intake better do it first thing monday morning because there is only one bid left at .0003 I talked to the mm who is holding it up there and he has a few million more shares to exacute befour he drops down to .0002 with all the rest . If you guys look back at what ive been saying ive been right most of the time with the stock I got some inside with a few mm's like I said but its all an opion do your own dd if you want . My predictions for the week ahead with this stock are that monday it will probably hold the .0003 if the few million arnt sold right away but if its a high volume day the stock will probably hit .0002 and site in the .0002 - .0003 range for most of the week . alot depends on voulume today was a above average volume day but not unheard of keep an eye on this stock if you see it start moving it would of most likely hit the bottom and should be the right time to get in for the long haul right now seems like a good time to get in at .0002 and run the stock long good luck with everyone and have a good weekend

Well, so far you have been right. We'll have to see if this actually drops to .0002 Tuesday or not.
On the other hand, if there's only a million shares outstanding, why not buy them all, then buy another million or so and request certs on the first million and then go to Dateline to get listed in their feature story April 10th?

I must admit, I was much more impressed with this stock a month ago. It seems some dilution has gone on here, and the o/s is probably pretty close to the 200,000,000 now. With that said, the company needs to get money somehow, and equity financing is fine, as long as they acquire a decent business as a tradeoff. If they do not make an acquisition soon, this dtock will continue to go nowhere. If, however, news of a promising acquisition is released, the 200,000,000 shares is not too much to move the pps pretty significantly. A penny is still a stretch for the short term, but I still think .005 is reasonable.
