I bought this one after the last increase. This is the first increase again. However the company hasn't had any news for a while. It would probably continue to increase if the had an announcement.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual Stockholder Meeting ("Stockholder Meeting") of Pangea Petroleum Corporation ("Pangea" or the "Corporation"), a Colorado Corporation, will be held at the Company's corporate offices located at 9801 Westheimer, Suite 302, Houston, Texas 77042, on the 20th day of July, 2005 at 2:00PM, for the following purposes:
1. To elect three directors to serve for a one year term or until their successors have been duly elected and qualified;
2. To ratify the appointment of Ham, Langston & Brezina, L.L.P. as the independent auditor of the Corporation for the year ending December 31, 2005;
3. To approve an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of the Corporation's stock from 210,000,000 to 510,000,000;
4. To approve the 2005 Equity Compensation Plan;
5. To transact such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
