i got stuck in a few of these things before i wised up...
if your interested in a stock key it into your ameritrade or microcap and just watch each sale if the price does dont go up or down after 2 or 3 sales then run run away dorthy

I can understand fat fingering a .001 for a .0001, but how can you fat finger a .0008? Just wondering. the 8 and the 1 arene't even close to each other on the keyboard. They must have had some pretty fat fingers!!! I got a sell bid at .0008, .0009, .001, and .0011 for all those fat fingers out there.

They are not misprints. Trades did go through at the price, however, they are outside the market and will be broken either today or tomorrow by the respective brokerage's order rooms. Those who sold at those high prices (and are probably jumping for joy) better not go out and buy Ferraris tonight.

By the way, are any of you watching AXAI. ..I was looking for some feedback on the other thread and got very little response. It is down huge but the volume is miniscule. I just bought 40,000 more shares at .0015, I figured what the heck, just in case it does pop....I can't find much news on this thing though, other than a RS about a month ago.

This stock is dead. I didn't make it dead nor anyone else. The company doing dilution made it dead. Doesn't matter if the company has a good business or not. The O/S is too high and the float is ridiculous. Now they just diluted another 500 million shares. This will never move again without a r/s and the people that are holding now will only be hurt more by one. Only the investors buying in after the r/s will maybe do any good.

Ok RIC, but which stock are you talking about? AXAI or PRRM, because PRRM has announced that it will not RS, and as far as AXAI, it just did an RS, which is why I think it is getting beat up (on very low volume) and have suggested it might be a perfect oppotunity to get in now (after the RS). I agree, if you held this before the RS, you are pretty much screwed.

I have been on this board for over a year now. Not a paid basher just call it like I see it. I do well with this by following a few rules and a stock that 46 billion in O/S even before the last few dilutions will never move. I am sure people on this board will back me up and stand behind me on me reputation for giving straight talk about any stock.
Besides way do you need to bash a stock already at .0001. It can't go no lower to pick up cheap shares then it is already.

I agree, so why are you bashing it ? In case you don't know, Subway wants to make money on their 500mil shares just like everyone else in @0001. It's good that they are there to pump the stock. Really very little risk if you don't mind waiting awhile for a return

You know, I am tired of people calling others bashers just because they tell the truth about a stock. Ever stock need the good and the bad told about it so the honest investor can make an imformed choice. Just because I say how I feel about a stock doesn't make me a basher it makes me someone that shares more then the pumped up version of a companies record. I have a good friend that I have meet on this board. He is young and doesn't know much about investing so he listened to people in here. He was talked into these dream stocks like MLON, CMKX, and PRRM. They listed the fact they have ran before and .0001 is a steal. That they will do it again and make us all rich. In fact after each of these stocks ran they diluted the shares so bad that they can't ever move again. All investor should know the truth, good and bad about a company. I really think this is a good company as far as its business operations are concerned. I just feel that the company doesn't take care of its investors and use the stocks as a way of making additional income for the company and dilution is become so great that the stock price can no longer move. The funny thing is this is becoming more common in the penny market and the no R/S statement is being used to lure in more investor while still diluting. If they want to make a bold statement to bolster the investment then say we will no longer dilute shares without stockholders approval. Like that will ever happen.

Yeah, there are alot of shares, but far less than CMKX (at least I think so) when it made its run over .001. Anything is possible, it may or may not ever move.

jmho-but I think whatever kind of dilution is going on is about over-RIC-Dan said company is not selling shares, he has told me this time after time. jmo but I think new management had to give old management a lot of shares to purchase PRRM. that way new management would not have to be out a lot of cash for the purchase----------When old management gets done selling, this will go up fast-as always jmo
