At a penny the market cap on this one is only 500k WOW! They are in position to produce solar battery chargers for cell phones. And they are losing the E.

usf where are you getting your o/s and float info ....im seeing numbers like 438 mil o/s and 1.2 mil mark cap on big charts and then seeing 4mil outstanding at otcbb...dont know what to think

USF...you and I know these buys are not comimg from this board and if anyone here does buy they are waiting for it to dip back under 2...it may or may not happen today..I see that the mm's are short on shares ,they won't sell unless a stockholder sells

Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. Receives Financing Commitment

(OTC Bulletin Board: RWLN - News), announced today that it has received a near term financing commitment from an institutional source for up to $1.0 million. The financing is structured as a staged equity investment of 4-6 trenches dependent upon Reality Wireless meeting certain performance targets. Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. will use the proceeds of this financing to fund production efforts with its merger partner, GENESIS ELECTRONICS INC. As previously announced, GENESIS ELECTRONICS with its production partners has, through its proprietary technology and ongoing R & D and extensive market research, developed a mobile power product for consumer hand held electronic devices. This unique product combines on-board battery power and solar charging to provide significant additional power to the user's mobile phone and other consumer hand held devices. This merger is expected to be completed within 60 days.

I posted 1 Feb that they were planning on having the E removed in two weeks. Have been waiting since then. Bought in at .0022 and watched it go down. Nice to see it up above my buy in price. RWLNE Reality Wireless Networks # shares 4.24 Million Price .001 = Market Cap $4,240

Was (and still is) providing high speed internet access to rural markets in Northern California where DSL or cable service was not available, plus has signed up to provide sevices to apartment houses. One review I read said that their service was not reliable. Their stock price fell from .10 Nov 2003 to .01 and now is .001 Now, however, Genesis Electronics Inc. has mereged with it and Genesis through years of R&D has developed and gotten a patent for charging hand held electronic devices such as cell phones using solar power. Untill this week, the sites that I looked at said that they had around 5 million shares. It was only in the last few days that it was upgraded to 483 million shares, which makes more sense considering they trade sometimes over 50 million shares a day.

Um the company last filing is a 10QSB on March, 3rd 2005. A 10QSB is:(Optional form for quarterly and transition reports of small business issuers under section 13 or 15(d) Initial filing Amendments) This is a necessary filing to remove the "E". I want to be in the stock when the "E" is removed. You need to do your homework on filings HORNS.
