This is a new Green Baron "Watch List" Stock...

Some info...

www.ecogate.com

Today, The Green Baron Report is adding Ecogate, Inc. (PK: ECGT) to our list of Stocks to Watch. We will alert our members through an email and on the marquee of our home page if we decide to upgrade the stock to a fully profiled stock for our home page. Many of our Stocks to Watch have gone on to become huge gainers shortly after our coverage was initiated. Most recently, Torbay Holdings (BB: TRBY) rallied from our Stock to Watch price back in mid January of about .05 per share to a high of .09 per share. Then, just a few weeks ago, The Green Baron Report upgraded TRBY to a fully profiled stock at .08 per share and it hit a high of over .10 per share.

The Green Baron Report believes Ecogate is on the verge of a major new rollout of its ECOGATE® Systems and is poised to move much higher if just a few new developments occur. We have initiated ECGT as only a Stock to Watch because it did not quite meet all our criteria for a fully profiled stock at this time. Our concerns included the lack of recent announcements, its Pink Sheet listing, and only six market makers. However, all these concerns could be alleviated through a series of press releases that openly explain and update its shareholders, moves to assure us that the company will soon file to become fully reporting, and additional market maker support.

Technically, ECGT has just woken up off a six month bottom trading between .02 and .05 per share. The stock rallied about a week ago to .07 per share indicating serious and discreet accumulation (and again today to about .08 per share), and many of our technical indicators point to the strong possibility of a burst to .30 to .40 per share. We believe this time around the Company is better positioned, and a move to .75 to $1.00 per share is not out of the picture if the Company delivers on all expected news. ECGT has tendencies to make big moves on relatively light volume. There are about 60 million shares outstanding, and only about 15 million shares in the float. The lack of shares available in the open market will make a move up that much easier.

Please note: Although ECGT has recently rallied, Evergreen Marketing, its subsidiaries, and its partners have not purchased stock in ECGT on the open market, and we are not aware of any person we know that has purchased stock to date. Our stock profiles are kept confidential until release.

Last year, Ecogate publicly projected sales of over $7 million for 2005, and a goal of $14 million in 2006. The Green Baron Report believes these sales and growth forecasts support at least a .25 per share stock price. We have reason to believe that sales of Ecogate’s electronic control systems for industrial ventilation are still brisk, and the timing is right for strong worldwide sales to kick in.

About Ecogate, Inc.

Ecogate manufactures and sells a unique and environmentally friendly, patented integrated industrial ventilation system to a worldwide, multi-billion dollar, energy intensive market. In addition to being environmentally friendly, their systems have been proven, through independent testing, to reduce energy costs by up to 80%, saving their customers thousands of dollars per year in energy costs. There is no other comparable technology presently on the worldwide market and Ecogate is positioned to exploit this $60 Billion market with its patented ECOGATE® System.

*According to Southern California Edison, Ecogate systems reduce manufacturers’ electricity costs by up to 80 percent.

The ECOGATE® System is an energy saving dust/mist/fume collecting system for industrial ventilation. It is completely automated, thanks to sensors and a greenBOX controller. When a machine is turned on, the sensor signals to the controller to open the appropriate gate and turns on the dust collector. When the machine stops, the gate closes, and the dust collector stops. The MASTER System monitors usage of all machines in a shop and, through a variable speed drive, continually optimizes the amount of power supplied to the dust collector. The ECOGATE Systems saves money, electricity, and natural resources.

The worldwide power industry is constantly being tested, and costs of overuse by some clients much be passed on through penalties. For example, factories in the state of California are paying high penalties for the extensive use of electricity. The average cost of electricity is up to 16.5 cents per kWh. Ecogate customers who take advantage of the California 20/20 rebate program are benefiting twice. The reduction in the cost of electricity and the subsequent savings from the rebate program means that the ECOGATE® system virtually pays for itself.

Ecogate has completed a Dust collection system power consumption study and compared the results before and after the ECOGATE® system installation for Decore-ative specialties and Drees Woodworks. The study showed at Drees Woodwork. (250 HP system), the return on investment (with incentive) is as short as 5 months, electricity savings of $4822 per month! Decore-ative Specialties average electricity savings during the summer months was $22,506, a return on investment of 12 months.

Currently every computer and monitor in the U.S. must follow the norm of ENERGY STAR COMPLIANT (EPA pollution preventer) that suspends the system after about 10 minutes of inactivity and thus saves an enormous amount of energy. Similarly, the ECOGATE® system saves energy in workshops. It is automatically on when the worker wants it to be on, and off when he wants it to be off. Workers are no longer walking across the shop twice for every machine usage. So, they can forget about the dust collection system and stay attentive to their work.

Conventional dust collecting systems come in two principle configurations. The first incorporates an oversized vacuum, attached to machinery, with intake ports that always remain open. This leads to a tremendous waste of energy. The second type of system contains an appropriately sized vacuum, however, workers must manually open and close air gates in order to get the required suction for refuse particles. They also have to turn the main switch for the dust collector on and off. Loss of worker’s time diminishes their concentration and, in combination with one’s natural tendency to bypass the system while performing small tasks, leads to a deterioration of air quality and lower productivity.

The ECOGATE® System electronically opens and closes the proper blast gates for active machinery or tools, and switches the dust collector motor on and off. The industrial greenBOX MASTER model through an inverter continually optimizes the amount of power supplied to your dust collector. That generates dramatic savings!

Ecogate History and Awards

Ecogate, Inc. holds an exclusive patent U.S. Pat 6,012,199. The Company shipped its first small system order for home/commercial shops in November 1999 and its first Master System for industrial producers in 2000. To date, Ecogate has shipped over 1100 small system orders and 60 Master Industrial systems. Approximately 11,000 energy saving motorized Ecogate gates have been installed with these systems.

In 2001, Ecogate won the Sequoia Award presented by the Association of Woodworking & Furnishings Suppliers. This award is given to organizations that demonstrate environmental innovation and leadership in energy conservation. In 2003, the Company received the Energy Star and the AWFS awards. In addition for its installation at Kargas Furniture, the Company won the “29th Annual Energy Efficient Building Award”.

Green Baron Conclusion

Ecogate has been quietly building a strong business since its last press release in early July of 2004. The Green Baron Report understands that a lot of small companies choose to focus on building revenues and profitability as opposed to constant communication with its shareholders. However, there is now far too much going on with Ecogate to remain silent any longer.

We believe our initial concerns with ECGT will be met in short order, and we should see the stock trade consistently higher and more in line with its true value. Energy saving products such as the Company’s award winning ECOGATE® Systems are in high demand particularly as energy costs go higher. The Green Baron Report sees ECGT as a fantastic way to participate in this sector, and we feel the stock at this level is an absolute bargain. Be sure to put ECGT on your radar immediately!

Good news:

GLENDALE, CA - March 3, 2005 - Ecogate, Inc. announced today that its Ecogate System has been cited for its positive results in an independent audit about energy savings achieved by Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co., Inc. in Wasau, WI. The report was conducted in 2004 by Focus on Energy (www.focusonenergy.com), a public-private partnership offering energy information and services to energy utility customers throughout the State of Wisconsin.

The findings of the audit report are very encouraging, citing how Kolbe & Kolbe has lowered its electricity use by over 1.6 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) per year saving an estimated $125,000 in annual energy costs. Additionally, Kolbe & Kolbe’s natural gas consumption was reduced by 14 percent, or 70,000 therms per year which is enough to heat 70 average Wisconsin homes. The reduced gas consumption is attributed to the closed gates at non-working machinery; consequently, a much lower volume of heated air was exchanged which is one of the primary functions of the Ecogate system.

Petr Litomisky, President of Ecogate, Inc., commented, “We are very pleased with the release of this independent audit recognizing the multiple ways that our Ecogate Master Systems can assist large factories and manufacturing plants in significantly reducing their energy costs. The Ecogate System for industrial ventilation can save operating costs and reduce the initial cost of new installations while increasing employee productivity and serving the environment by reducing energy consumption.”

The dust collector upgrade project at Kolbe & Kolbe’s manufacturing plant involved the installation of over 50 motorized ecogates on individual vents from each woodworking machine, sensor, two variable speed drives and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system. The PLC is used to adjust electricity usage and reduce make-up air requirements for ventilation. Make-up air is fresh air that must be brought in to replace polluted air containing large amounts of dust or other particulate which varies in a wide range from 10 to 100 percent of a facility’s ventilation requirement. Since the incoming make-up air must be heated or cooled, reducing the amount needed can save significantly on electricity and natural gas costs.

Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co., Inc. is a creator and distributor of high-quality windows and doors and has been in business for nearly 60 years. Kolbe Windows & Doors has grown from a small, family-run company that constructed windows and doors by hand to a corporation with worldwide distribution that employs over 1,600 people and has manufacturing facilities that have expanded exponentially and now occupy over 1.1 million square feet.

Independent Energy Audit Report Acknowledges Ecogate Product Performance
Tuesday March 8, 8:00 am ET

(OTC BB:ECGT.OB - News), a manufacturer and supplier of patented, energy efficient and eco-friendly integrated industrial ventilation systems, announced that the Company's Ecogate System has been cited for its outstanding performance in an independent audit about energy savings conducted at Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co., Inc. in Wausau, WI.
