Jacqueline E. Soechtig, Chief Executive Officer Mrs. Soechtig served for four years as President and CEO of Lasergate Systems, Inc. (LSi), a leader in software for the ticket industry. During her tenure, the company showed a quarterly profit for the first time since being formed. During the process of the financial turnaround of the Company, Mrs. Soechtig orchestrated the design, development and deployment of a Windows based product that became a leader in the ticketing industry. Prior to LSi, she served as President and CEO of Precision Systems, Inc. (PSi), a leading supplier of integrated, interactive voice response and call processing systems. Mrs. Soechtig was instrumental in bringing the Company public and returning stockholders value during her tenure, and also delivering and installing over $35 million in product to a multi-billion dollar international telecommunication company. For eight years prior to joining PSi, Mrs. Soechtig served as a Vice President for both MCI and Sprint. In these capacities, she had profit and loss accountability and revenue responsibility for as much as $1.7 billion annually. Her division at MCI was the top performing division in the company every year. Mrs. Soechtig has also served in technical and sales positions with IBM for thirteen years, where she was the recipient of numerous awards for outstanding performance. Mrs. Soechtig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of New Rochelle and an MA in International Relations from the University of Southern California. Mrs. Soechtig is also an Alumni of Stanford University Graduate School of Business with certification in Strategic Uses of Information Technology.
Paul Johnson, President Mr. Johnson is an innovator in the field of interactive media and web-based business development. Throughout his career, he has founded seven technology-related companies, the largest of which was Multimedia Learning, Inc. (ranked 154th on the "Inc. 500" in 1996). From 1991-1998, Mr. Johnson served as CEO of Multimedia Learning, Inc. Under his leadership, the company gained national attention for its innovations in CD and Web-based learning technologies.
In September 2000 Mr. Johnson founded MLI Solutions, which now holds the Dallas, TX franchise for LifeStyle Technologies.
Mr. Johnson specializes in designing and directing the implementation of new and innovative business strategies and recruiting the best talent to develop and grow the business. Over the past 20 years his companies have created major innovations in web usage, multimedia, knowledge management and software interface design. His companies have received awards for their rapid growth and technical innovations.
Mr. Johnson has served as a director of E-Resource Capital since July 11, 2001 when he was appointed by the Board as an additional outside director of the Company. He also serves on the Board of Directors for, The SportsLineup.com and Premier Concepts, Inc. Mr. Johnson is an active participant in strategic planning and business development in each of these companies.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of City College of New York and is a veteran of the Vietnam War.
Robert Schindler, Vice President Audio Video Products Robert has over 30 years experience in audio video retail sales, management and training with Audio Video Systems, Hi Fi Buys and Stereo Village. He is THX Certified with Lucasfilm. Not only is Robert experienced in the sale of audio video products he is spent 15 years as a recording and touring musician signed by Chrysalis, Bearsville and Boardwalk recording labels and managed the Electric Lady recording studio built by Jimi Hendrix in New York City. Robert has a BA in Speech and Theatre from William Patterson College in Wayne, New Jersey.

You guys might want to stay away from LFSI. If this is the company I think I talked to them before. They have been paying off debt with shares in the CO.. To me anytime a company gives out shares that easily it usually means they don't have faith in the company themselves.
