It's been on a tear for the last week or so. At first I thought it was a group thing but it's been climbing steadily for a while. Whatever the reason, I'm welcoming it. I'm sitting on 50k free shares from the run of 2003 that I'd sure like to get rid of.

I got some from their '03 run also. I think they are halting their operations soon though. Be careful!

You're right Tonka, in their last filing sometime late last year they said they were going out of business. I've got no idea what's going on but I'll take it!

this has got to be an otc penny stock classic...a company thats last news release in SEPTEMBER says they're going out of business...climbs eighty percent five months later...and it gets talked up and people buy it saying...."i dont know whats going on...but im in"....well im out ...but out of morbid curiosity to learn this otcbb game ...i would love to know whats going on with this one...does anyone, anywhere ...REALLY know?

Buyers jumped in the last 15 minutes on Friday. Is anyone looking for this to go this morning? It had pretty good volume on Friday

I'd say its shaping up to be a good one I will definately be keeping an eye on this one in the AM and if it looks like its gonna run I will buy in.
The filing alone is enough to wanna make me buy in this could possibly end up being a multi day runner but we will see. You can never tell with these pennies though.

Keep a real close eye on it if you're invested in it. Something's not right with that form 4 filing. I was discussing it with Glassman last night and neither one of us are 100% sure what's going on. If you look at the filing there's a box 3 where typically you will see an "s" or a "p" marked which indicates either an open market sale or purchase. In this case it's marked "d" which is a disposition of some type. It could be just a conversion of his preferred shares to common shares.
