Titan Consolidated Announces Company Name and Symbol Change
SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 2005--Titan Consolidated, Inc. (TTCS:OTC) reports that the Company name has been changed, effective immediately, to Titan Oil and Gas, Inc.
Titan CEO Kent Jacobson reports: "As of the market open on Friday, February 25, 2005, Titan Oil and Gas, Inc., will be trading under a new symbol, TNOG:OTC."

Interesting, this symbol/name change.....no previous news, nothing....they promised production numbers some time ago....nothing....seems a bit concerning..recent volume spikes indicate either dilution, or group plays...but what do I know.....typical pink...BLIND PLAY...

Titan is diluting the market with there newly issued shares. And THEY will be doing this until they have the neccessary funding to continue drilling.
Until this is finished the PPS will never reach .01
I was IN at .03 and got severely BURNED by this company.
Be CAREFULL. There ARE many many more pennies out there that are better then this one.
