the mm's are shaking now to get cheap shares..SPRL is on the sho list and a big news that is expected anytime, the mnext move will be over 50 cents..The management will update verys oon about the business plans and move to AMEX..
if you are on the sidelines, grab some cheap shares.

Do your own homework....we could care less if you buy or not. The stock has done fine without you and will do fine whether you're in or not. You caught me on a good day though, here's some information:

Strat Petroleum came about through a reverse merger in mid July 2004. They have no ties at all with the old company F2 Broadcast, any people or information (filings etc..) before the reverse merger in July of 2004 have NOTHING to do with Strat Petroleum or anyone affiliated with them.....they are a NEW public company that has spent years putting this business plan and their global connections together.

Ementajevskoje oil site pps estimate:
11,250,000 barrels crude oil (PROVEN) x $45.00 = $506,250,000
80% interest of $506,250,000 = $405,000,000
$405,000,000 - 75% discount = $101,250,000
$101,250,000 / 86,000,000 shares = $1.18 pps
The Ementajevskoje oil site should add around $1.18 per share if you go off of proven reserves.
If you go off of probable reserves then: 26,000,000 barrels crude oil (Probable) x $45.00 = $1,170,000,000 (billion)
Here's the proven reserves of which Strat will have 49% of if the deal closes without a hitch over the next week or so.
Rozhdestvenskoe oil site, with proven reserves of:
75,217,000 bbls of crude oil 109 billion Btu of natural gas 483,000 metric tons of gas condensate
Just the crude alone: 75million bbls of crude x $45 bbl = $3.375 Billion 49% of field = $1.654 Billion
$1.654 Billion in Proven oil reserves.....this will be discounted in the marketplace a certain percentage. The current market will determine that. Let's say it's discounted 75%.
$1.654 Billion dollars discounted 75% = $413,500,000 $413,500,000 / 86 million shares = $4.80 per share
This is only an estimate because the market determines the discount.
Remember this only takes into account the oil, Not the 109 Billion BTU of natural gas and 483,000 metric tons of gas condensate. Someone else want to value that? Strat also has other deals in the works as we wait for the big news........

Mr. Hyams holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from York University in Ontario and is a Chartered Accountant. His extensive experience over the past 20 years in Canadian industry and on the international scene has included positions in finance and accounting to assisting in establishing new ventures by securing financing, and managing their business plans. Mr. Perelman holds BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering and gas supply systems from the University of N. Novgorod (Russia) and holds BS degree in Power Engineering from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology of Calgary(Alberta, Canada) In Russia he was employed by Gasprom and has been actively involved in oil/ gas, development, processing and consulting since 1973. He was involved in the development of the Volga transgas” and Moscowgaspipeline” oil and gas pipelines.
Chyang Wen V.P. Business China & Far East
Mr. Wen holds a M.B.A. from York University in Ontario, and his career spanning more than 20 year includes banking with experience in commercial credit and comptrollers division. He was involved in establishing a manufacturing business in the pesticide industry where his responsibilities including all financial and marketing functions. For the past several year he has been a consultant to business and businessmen in China and the Far East in attracting investment and investors to Canada. Mr. Wen will use his strong network in those countries to secure investment and contracts for the sale of crude oil and oil products.

Mr. Krukov graduated from the Law School at University of Krasnodar, Russian Federation in 1999 and has risen through the professional legal system at an extremely quick rate. He worked with the District Attorney's office on cases presenting most difficulty with many complications. He then moved to become Head of the Law Department for the Ministry of Fisheries, until he was appointed as Deputy Chief Judge of the Moscow Supreme Court, where he served for the past two years. Currently, Mr. Krukov is an independent practicing attorney and is the lead advisor to Dresdner Bank for Russia. In Mr. Krukov's role, he will ensure the Company fulfills all the legal requirements of doing business in Russia; review and participate in negotiations of acquisitions and joint ventures the Company may enter into. Further, Mr. Krukov's knowledge and experience of the financial industry in Russia will enable him to assist in securing and closing project financing with the various financial institutions the Company will be approaching, both in Russia and Europe.
Mrs. Elena V. Korzun, Ph.D. Oil & Gas - Consulting & Lobbying Dr. Korzun is the General Director of "AssoNeft", the Association of small and medium size oil & gas producers in Russian Federation which was established in 1994. The association has 45 member companies. These companies own more than 400 oil fields and has produced more than 16 million ton of crude oil in 2003. Approximately 20,000 people are employed by these companies. Dr. Korzun is considered as an expert in the laws & regulations for the oil and gas industry. She has successfully lobbied the Federal Government on many occasions on behalf of "AssoNeft", to increase opportunities, and advantages for the smaller independent producers, and government benefits for the workers. Dr. Korzun will assist the Company in establishing its operations in the Russian Federation, by introducing and promoting it to the other producers.
Victor P. Philipov, PhD., Geology - Consulting Geologist
Dr. Philipov is Dean of the Geological Faculty of the Gubkin Oil and Gas University in Moscow, and is considered as the expert in oil and gas in the Russian Federation. He has over 25 years experience with the Ministry of Oil and Gas Industry, where the last position he held was Chief Geologist. During his career he explored and documented geological findings for all regions of the former Soviet Union.
Dr. Philipov will assist the Company in identifying sites that have the greatest probability of reserves with least recovery costs. He also will ensure geological and feasibility studies contain necessary information and data to receive approval from the appropriate authorities.
Alexander A. Arbatov, PhD., Economics - Consulting
During the Soviet era, Dr. Arbatov was employed with various departments of the Academy of Science providing political, economic and diplomatic advice to the Government on relationships with the West. Since the breakup of the Soviet Union, Mr. Arbatov established and has been the Chairman of the Energy Center for the Russian Federation. This organization provides the Government with analysis and recommendations regarding the development of oil and gas sites in the Country, which are then provided to the likes of BP, Exxon, Mobil, Shell for investment and drilling.
Dr. Arbatov will advise the Company on projects that will provide the best possibility of success, and ensure feasibility studies completed meet all requirements for approval.
