Probably to cover shorts, and the onle MM's buying this are needing to cover shorts. Most only have a 1 bid in and really don't want to deal with it unless they already have a buyer seller combo in hand. There is no need to turn this into RB forum where people that where burnt here have high tempers. If you want to buy it for some crazy reason then its your call. But if someone thinks it is being pumped this will cause a riot on the thread and personal attacks. Best bet is to leave it for dead and after the scandal dies down then it may be able to have a adult conversation on the stock. But most believe it is dead.

was very interested in this stock about a week ago but are they in serious trouble with the investigation or are they in regular trouble?? thinking of giving it a week and then going at it. any advice??

With all the penny stocks out there, why would you even think about investing in a company under SEC investigation? And most of all, a company that admitted that he lied to the investors in all previous PR's. I can understand how some that were caught holding this might hold just in case but why would a new investor get involved? There are a lot of claims that can not be true in past PR's and now that he admitted they are not I just can't see how people can still think this company can make it. Its not just the fact he admitted to being a liar, what client would want to do business with this company? Being one employee not sure if you can call it a company. All you have to do i read the link above. It states that past dividends may not be valid and are worthless. That the business model claimed all alone is not true.. I guess I just like to understand why. I know most pinksheets are here for a reason but I have never heard of one that has stated that everything I said is a lie and still make it.

I can see why you 2 may stay in hope of recouping your investment. I would have still sold for what I could and reinvested it in a legit company and did. But I still can understand. Just can't see way anyone else would? Seems to be throwing money away to me. But then too there are people still investing in CMKX, and PRRM so I guess anything can happen. But it still boogles my mind that anyone could see any good coming out of this.

This should scare any investors off period. Not only did he lie, now he states that dividends given may be illegal. Also not only past dividends but future dividends will not be given. I think thats why a lot of investors where buying into this for was the potiential to recieve dividends in other companies.
