BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 2005--V-Net Beverage, Inc.(Other OTC: VNTB-News) is pleased to announce authorization approvals from nine out of our 16 natural products distributors which will expand sales of V-Net's ginseng beverages into the Southeast, Southwest and Midwest regions significantly. These nine distributors will add three new SKUs (shop keeping units): Ginseng Rush XXX in 12 oz. loose bottles (for cooler sales) and 4-packs of Ginseng Rush and Ginseng Rush XXX (for shelf sales). The new approvals engage over 10,000 retailers, groceries and specialty beverage venues. All 16 distributors currently distribute loose 12 oz. Ginseng Rush for cooler sales. V-Net is backing up this expansion with an advertising campaign in the distributors' May promotional catalogues. This will consist of 15,000 four-color advertising inserts. The campaign promotes merchandising of the new 4-packs through an end-aisle case stack deal.
V-Net believes the timing of these approvals offers a superb opportunity to enlarge its distribution and strategically position product for the upcoming spring and summer selling season.

e-Water goes into production March 15th. Samples will be available later this week at Expo West 2005, the world's largest and most influentional natural and organic products event.
Our President is meeting in France with a bottling company to discuss distribution of V-Net products across the entire European continent.

The chart called it good so far now look at the MACD!
When the MACD line and stock price are moving in different directions, a price reversal is indicted! Called it twice will this be the third time in a year!
Corr noted that e-Water(TM) marks the debut of V-Net's first fully owned non-licensed beverage. "With the introduction of e-Water(TM) this Spring to be followed by a bevy of wholly-owned V-Net products, we anticipate greater margins and potential profits to redound to the company and its shareholders for 2005."

Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation that was confirmed was made on 12.31.2004 (78) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0070. Since then VNTB has fallen -70.00%

Check out the movie made at the bottling plant. All those bottles of e-Water marching like soldiers in single file on the conveyor. A beautiful sight. Well, one thing is for certain. RJ Corr is not standing still. I give the man credit. After the Allimax debacle, he "picked himself up and got back in the race," as Sinatra puts it.
I like the feisty spirit expressed in the PR: "They also noted the mushrooming of small beverage companies that, like V-Net, are preparing for pitched battle with industry Titans over market share."
