hey i'm new at investing and i'm not a stockgenius. Some friends told me this stock is undervalued. I was told that the "E" was dropped because they want to be fully reporting. The reason is that they are very close to merging with another compagny. Also i was told that the pps is a steal right now.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I believe the E means that they did not file their form 8k (I think) to the SEC that is what the E is. No earnings statement turned in by the deadline. Once the Co. turns in its earnings report the E is dropped off. I don't think it has anything to do with being fully reporting.

In analyzing prospective business opportunities, we will consider such matters as the available technical, financial and managerial resources; working capital and other financial requirements; history of operations, if any; prospects for the future; nature of present and expected competition; the quality and experience of management services which may be available and the depth of that management; the potential for further research, development or exploration; specific risk factors not now foreseeable but which then may be anticipated to impact our proposed activities; the potential for growth or expansion; the potential for profit; the perceived public recognition or acceptance of products, services or trades; name identification; and other relevant factors.
Our officers and directors will meet personally with management and key personnel of the business opportunity as part of their investigation. We will not acquire or merge with any company for which audited financial statements cannot be obtained within a reasonable period of time after closing of the proposed transaction, as required by the Exchange Act.
We will not restrict our search to any specific kind of firms, but may acquire a venture which is in its preliminary or development stage, which is already in operation, or which is in essentially any stage of its corporate life. It is impossible to predict at this time the status of any business in which we may become engaged, in that such business may need to seek additional capital, may desire to have its shares publicly traded or may seek other perceived advantages which we may offer.

Today a Long White Candlestick was formed. This shows that the prices advanced significantly from open to close during the day under strong buying pressure.

Guess what bro. You are in luck. Turns out SFTV is doing a deal with a company in NASDAQ. Someone is suppose to be releasing the news overnight but I dont know if a leak would help or hurt the stock. Juts keep an eye out but today might have something to do with whats going on in the future

SFTV was a group pick by Momo. He got his members in it at .0024 3 days ago. And who said group picks don't work? He also has plans of running TBLU sometime next week. Hopefully it can do the samething SFTV did.
