And am holding, just because I buy a stock in the morning and sell it the next day does not make me a pump and dumper, just playing the flow of the market...If I get excited about a stock cus' it's up and I'm making money....WHooooopy!. NO Ponce. Not at all. Just afraid of The whole GROUP THING! AND are making you aware of it as well. I got burned twice this week by jumping on moving trains because (as I'm figuring out) little candles being formed a day or two before a run....Just not playing them any more.... And a little friendly advice is to look for BOTTOMS.......this way you are sure noone is accumulating... Just trying to help out Ponce. Really....

LOL.......Yes......Look at the charts I just posted above.........They all ran for more than one day........all of them.....my post at 14:06 shows all of the charts......LOOK AT THEM.....

Volume has been huge as IDGC will be completing their aquisition of Nu Image MedSpas and BareSkin Aesthetic MedSpa. As you will see, since entering into the agreement, IDGC has been hard at work bringing unbelieveable attention to it's new company! Also note, the revenues from Nu Image will be included on the next set of numbers! Instant revenues!
Regarding IDGC stock. Indiginet does have a high amount of outstanding shares and the possibility of a 250:1 RS. But, is this a bad thing? After such a RS (should it occur) the shares outstanding would be just 3,083,655 shares. That's a share price of .12 with just 3 million and a 1.6 million float. Alot of which is being accumulated and tighly held in wait for the merger finalization and subsequent announcements. Althought the merger was initially looking to be completed by the first of the year, rumor (RUMOR!) is that the delay is due to finalizing an endorsement deal. That may be the reason for the January S8 that was not supposed to happen. Perhaps the dilution that is caused won't be an issue if the payment went for a big name and IDGN and Nu Image has been in contact with alot of big names! Bashers have been out full force on this one- I wonder why? Doesn't matter- the S8 has been bought up and appears to be in tight hands.
Based on an OS of 3,000,000 shares, just $10 million in revs gives a RPS of $3.33- or .013 post split! That's what happens when a real company comes into the picture!
Nu Image HAS been rubbing elbows with Hollywood and sports stars, making valuable contacts for possible celebrity endorsements and franhcise deals! Celebs have opened restaurants, clothing lines and many more business ventures- Nu Image has positioned themselves to take advantage of the growing interest of one of the hottest new Medspas franchises available!

..Vol looking prime for PPS movement here..OBV back down Oversold (w/much room to climb back)..and still trending upward even on 'Red Day' (Friday day/swing traders closing out positions for the week and will be back here at .0005 - .0006 base area IMO)..very good sign IMHO jm
