SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 2005--Cybertel Capital Corporation (OTCBB:CYBT - News) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cybertel Communications Corporation has contracted with Karma Media, Inc. (OTCBB:KRMA - News) to spearhead a worldwide marketing campaign designed to introduce its CyberPhones to the commercial and residential marketplace. Karma will initially carry the ads in 5 international markets via its flagship product "Estelle's Paradise," a half-hour weekly travel show. The CyberPhone attaches to a USB port on a computer and has the look, feel, size and shape of a cellular phone. Cybertel Communications makes the CyberPhone available free of charge with the purchase of an initial 500 minutes of talk time. Additional time can be recharged on Cybertel Communications' web site via credit card.
