FNRP Acquires All Assets of Global Explorations Inc.; Shareholders to Receive 1 Share of FNRP for Every 100 Shares of GXXL via COMTEX

RESTON, Va., Feb 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --
Global Explorations Inc.'s (Pink Sheets:GXXL) board of directors has accepted an offer from FNRP to acquire all assets of Global Explorations Inc. for shares of common stock of FNRP
Upon completion of the transaction, GXXL will declare a stock dividend and all GXXL shareholders shall receive 1 share of FNRP for every 100 shares of GXXL in a distribution. The last sale of FNRP was at $1.89 on Friday, Feb 4.
All shareholders of GXXL keep their shares of GXXL.
All paperwork should be completed by Friday, Feb 11, 2005 or sooner. The company will announce the specific dates once approved by Nasdaq. Management of FNRP has also changed and no directors of Global are involved with FNRP and were not involved with this decision to acquire Global. A Director from Universal Beverages is also joining the board of FNRP.
The acquisition reflects the value of the database of cell phone numbers and the proprietary SMS messaging product. This is all now the responsibility of FNRP
Global is now an "empty shell company" and will seek a new company to conduct a merger.
Global would also like to announce the following at this time.
Global currently has approximately seven billion, nine hundred million shares outstanding. The company has in its possession share certificates of more than one billion shares for which it is trying to contact shareholders.
Global had decided to focus on implementation of services that will quickly produce revenue for the company. The language converter for translation services is not being supported at this time. The company is now selling goods and services on its website.

You're going to have to wait and see exactly what you get. Didn't all GXXL holders already receive a dividend of restricted FNRP shares a few months back? If you get more restricted shares this won't be such a good deal at all with GXXL now becoming an empty shell. You might wind up with a whole lot of nothing. Or it might really be the gift horse. Just have to wait and see.

my question is what the heck is FNRP and how are they going to benefit me by giving me shares ???

well i own 2.5 million shares of gxxl so that would be 20000 free shares and if it holds at 1.90 that equals $38,000 it wont happen but would be nice.

I am a long term holder of GXXL and when we were given the last shares of FNRP they are restricted. I would expect that this distribution will also be "restricted". But as others have sais we will have to wait and see.
The last distribution gave me 30640 shares of FNRP but as indicated they are "restricted"

Just hope that the PPS stays the same or is higher when my current shares of FNRP become un-restricted. At least we know that GXXL does make good on their word with the offering of shares Lots of pinks say that they will give shares in other holdings but never do.

GXXL going to run probably within two ta three days because all info should be out by the 11th or sooner as stated in the PR. Also GXXL came through with the announcement of the OS which I think is very good for the company.
