I think this company is going to start rolling this week. It went up 33% on 1.5M shares traded. The float is listed at only 12M, based on this weeks trading it got to be a little higher that since 35 M were traded this week, dilution possibly, and although there are 1 Billion shares outstanding, increased by a 66 for 1 forward split on 2004\11\01, I believe the shares were used for its latest acquisitions, see bold letters below.
“The acquisition was completed with restricted authorized, un-issued common stock of the Company and certain indemnifications for obligations of BBI, Inc.”
One more thing, see the last PR news should be coming shortly about the testing of the Cybertracker with the GA Port Authority. We should get an indication Monday and or Tuesday as to where it is heading. It closed with an umbrella Friday.

(Pink Sheets:HISC) announced today that it has acquired BBI Computer Solutions, and its related company C2 of NC Inc. in a stock transaction. Both companies have become wholly owned subsidiaries of HISC. BBI and C2 are heavily involved in the technology field, and are developers of the "Cyber Tracker," a portable GPS (Global Positioning System) mobile tracking device. The Cyber Tracker is scheduled for real-time testing in conjunction with the Georgia Port Authority and the Georgia Tech Center for Maritime Technology to begin in mid January. The acquisition was completed with restricted authorized, un-issued common stock of the Company and certain indemnifications for obligations of BBI, Inc.

With today's volume and price movement, look for a gapper at open on Tuesday and moving up from there. Chart looks ready, shows turnaround happening.

It has, but it's coming back and coming back hard... already at 4.5mil volume. Couple of sells at .0028, lots of buys at .003 and .0033 .. looks good for a strong run here.
