KIRYAT BIALIK, Israel and LAS VEGAS, Feb 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Integrated Software Development Ltd. This new contract calls for the use of BENEFIT to provide mission-critical incident reporting and tracking for other departments within the facility. A new application, called BENEFIT Anywhere, will allow for external web-based reporting and tracking.
The software covers incidents such as system breakdowns, and tracks all relevant details, including type, location, and level of severity. The installation of BENEFIT has significantly improved the organization's internal efficiencies in terms of manpower and incident response time over the last two years.

Integrated Software Development Closes Contract With Large Insurance Company BENEFIT to Replace Longstanding System KIRYAT BIALIK, Israel and LAS VEGAS, Feb. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Integrated Software Development Ltd. ISD's BENEFIT will be replacing a well-known CRM system that has been in use by Aminut Express for many years. BENEFIT has proven to be very simple and flexible to operate and Aminut is now able to create critical real-time reports, something that the Pivotal system was unable to offer.
Aminut Express provides auxiliary support services to over 250,000 car insurance policy owners working with Phoenix in Israel. Because Aminut has a complex array of services and clients, their existing CRM system did not provide the solutions that they needed.

Nice to see a stability at 0002 today on a lower volume! I've been holding 5.5mil @ 0001 for a while. This will move, its just a matter of when.
this is a pretty predictable company with it's stock. The PR's are predictable and I'm a little worried the splits are too. I'd venture that we might see a split within the next month and a half, whether it be forward or reverse, I do not know. I'll be happy when my sell at 0002 goes through!

Cheers! This is a GOOD SIGN! Sales have not gone through at 0002 for quite some time. this, and considering it did it at not even .5billion volume, is a good indicator for good action in the near future!! Lets see 0003 this week!

Less than a year ago, Natali purchased BENEFIT to manage its service team. Presently, the organization will incorporate a new BENEFIT system to manage the information generated from its marketing efforts.
Natali extends 24/7 medical services to subscribers. Their services include doctors' visits to the subscribers' homes, telemedical diagnostics and emergency mobile intensive care units. In an effort to expand its subscriber base, Natali turned to ISD for a solution that would streamline their marketing operations.

Integrated Software Development Signs with Major Light-Rail Contractor Wednesday February 23, 10:00 am ET BENEFIT Deepens Applications in Large Vertical Market

The application is being used by the Manila Metro, an extremely complex transportation system.
