It never really died out, since I called the run it never came back to its starting point which is a good signal, shows strength! It moved real good on very little volume!!! Should play again tomorrow!!!!

Agree Keith, it has been nice so far, could easily see .06-.07. Some resistance at .07 but after that who knows where it could eventially go. Real low float with quite a few things in the works.

Are you guys trading this or holding?I am a longerterm holder and dont be so quick to take a few pennies.Seems like most here are already out is that true?Just checking because I like to see who is doing what.I know of 6-7 long termers and we are not selling.I know cbyi is not widely followed and this is the only board I see traders in the company.Just taking a poll.Goodluck and Thanks

Holding this L/T + adding. Looks like this could make a nice long run, love the new mgmt., many changes & thinks going on. Definatley not settling for pennies or nickels, this has not even started to move yet.

Agree, I feel this could run to its old levels, 40 cents plus easy if everything falls into place the way I think it will. This is really a brand new company, check the 8-k from the 14th of Jan. for those interested. Since the time it was 40 cents a share there has been little dilution and the insiders own a big % of the oustanding shares = low float, probably you can see that by how it trades. The stock most likely came down to these levels because it was not the sexiest business the old company was in, they put out very few PR's and were low key. The best thing here is the new CEO that took over the company per the January 14th 8-k completed a deal in another company he had control of just in December. That stock went from 2 cents a share and hit a high of 79 cents a share in a matter of a week or two. As soon as he completes that deal, 2 weeks later he takes over CBYI and is already working on a deal per the news this week. Obviously he means business and took control of this clean company for a reason. Plus we have 1,000,000 shares of the old company that will probably start trading shortly. That is in addition to the TLCO software business which we should see some news soon probably on what direction they are going with that. Add it all up and I expect this to make a nice long run. I have watched many pennies go from sub nickel to over $1 and more and I think the ingredients are here. You could have made a few bucks flipping it and getting in & out at the right time but it is right up at the high where it was when it was getting day traded on nice accumulating volume. I am not going to be chasing this one up once the news flows. Good luck guys!

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cal-Bay International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CBYI - News) today announced the definitive agreement for the acquisition of Cam Holdings, Inc. a Privately Held Malibu, California Based Real Estate Holding Company for $2.5M. Cal-Bay intends to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Cam Holdings in a transaction comprising of a combination of Cash and Cal-Bay Shares. The transaction was presented to Cal-Bay by the Company's newly appointed consultants. The final terms of the acquisition remain confidential pending completion of the transaction.
The principals of both Companies have signed the definitive agreement for the purchase which is expected to close by the end of the first quarter at which time Cal-Bay will announce new additions to its Board of Directors.
Cam Holdings is currently in Escrow for the purchase of a North Hollywood, California development property in an all cash deal worth in excess of $2.5M. The property currently has unaudited rental revenues of $130K per year. Cam Holdings has permit approval for the redevelopment of the property with approval to build 15 new luxury homes within the next 18 months, which conservatively is estimated to generate revenues in the range of $15M-$20M.
Cam Holdings is currently in negotiations for the purchase of additional real estate projects in Southern California.
Upon completion of this transaction, Cam Holdings will relocate its Malibu, California offices and operate from the Corporate offices of Cal-Bay International, Inc. in San Diego, California.

Just a update:The selling was old s8 holders.Panella was a first investors pr firm and meehan was a old consultant.Looks like the buying took them down easy.More shares in good hands.I am a long here quite a while and will be for a long time.Todays news was great with much more to come.Very stupid to trade this one based on my observations of how the mm's play the traders.Buy and put it away.I do trade other stocks,but not here.Later
