AVILA STEM's commitment to our chemical free water products will establish an unparalleled opportunity for FWTI to expand our reach. There are several thousand boiler units in Costa Rica alone. Under a previous agreement with IDVL, AVILA STEM provided a trial water activation installation at one of the fifty Costa Rican government run hospitals. To date, FWTI has received very positive progress reports with regards to energy savings and environmental enhancement achieved through FWTI's chemical free solution. FWTI anticipates several additional trials to be completed in the next quarter resulting in promising sales opportunities for FWTI.

International Red Cross appoints Swedish aid chief to lead tsunami relief operations 1/20/2005 12:40:00 PM GENEVA, Jan 20, 2005 (AP WorldStream via COMTEX) -- The international Red Cross Thursday appointed top Swedish aid official John Schaar to lead its Indian Ocean relief operations.
Schaar, 54, was previously head of humanitarian aid and conflict management at the Swedish International Development Agency, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies said in a statement.
After his appointment, Schaar - who is attending a United Nations conference on disaster reduction in Kobe, Japan - called for the international community to invest more in disaster preparedness to prevent a similar tragedy hitting the Indian Ocean again.
"It would be extremely said if (the tsunami) did not spur an ambitious plan of action," Schaar said. "Such suffering may not pass unheeded."
Schaar has worked for the Swedish Red Cross and was the international federation's regional chief for Southeast Asia in 1997-2000.
He will take up his new post in early February and tour the affected countries before a Red Cross conference on the tsunami in Hong Kong at the end of that month.

Ozolutions Inc.. The Groups principal activities are the distribution and marketing of water purification systems using Ozone, Ultra Violet and Activated water treatment systems. Ozone water treatment systems use ozonation treatment of water with ozone gas. This system includes an ozone generator that applies electrical discharge to oxygen or ambient air to produce ozone and a transfer system for injecting the ozone into a water stream to oxidize or purify the water. Ultra Violet water treatment systems do not use chemicals and are capable of disinfecting water faster than chlorine. Activated water treatment systems use water flow over ceramic granules to generate, from the resulting friction, electric charges in the water.
