New Product Offering Boosts International Marketing Efforts
CESAREA, Israel, May 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --
InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITGJ), a provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it is launching a marketing campaign of its tools and services, with Email Appeal (www.emailappeal.com), as its premier branding solution for clients.
The Company signed a partnership agreement with Email Appeal earlier this month and is now poised to take the array of solutions to the market. "The response we've gotten on Email Appeal in just this past week is an excellent indication of how the international and local markets will react in the coming months," says Kobi Freund, InterAge's CEO. "We believe that the market for this product is absolutely huge, both locally and internationally, creating solid business opportunities for InterAge in the coming months."
Regular emails are at the foundation of business communication today, because it is fully accepted and relatively instant. It is estimated that almost 30 billion email messages are sent each day, but only one percent of them carry any form of branding. Email Appeal's OnLetterHead can take standard form emails and turn them into distinctly branded, colorful, dynamic sales pieces. Set up and use of the software is very simple and straightforward. It includes a tool bar in Microsoft(r) Outlook(r) and clear buttons and a drop-down menu, making it available for virtually anyone to use. Users can create unique and exciting email messages with little effort.
"Maintaining brand consistency is an important part of our work with our clients," notes Freund. "OnLetterHead is a perfect application to drive this point home. We can now show clients how to send out messaging that calls their customers to action, with linking to their web site, showcasing of specials, video links, virtual tours and product photos. These features will have a positive impact on our clients' business and, as a result, help expand our operations."

I placed a bid for some more... This stock is a prime candidate for a buyout IMO. A company with $ 50 million in contracts (so far this year) and a market cap of $ 3.6 million...

I have no idea what that could be Pagan. It would seem like it's a 'distribution', but that doesn't make sense for a pink sheet. Even if it's for and insider; don't they issue more shares for that and not go to the O/S float thru the MM's? hhhmmmmm

InterAge Finishes Second Stage of Tsunami Victims Project via COMTEX
May 17, 2005
Design Stage to be Started on $22 Million Web-Based Information Project
CESAREA, Israel, May 17, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --
InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITGJ), a leading provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today that it has completed the second stage of the Tsunami Victims project that was awarded to the Company late in January this year.
InterAge is the leading company on this $22 million UN-sponsored project, fulfilling all requirements thus far according to the approved time-line. After rapidly creating a comprehensive design document, the Company performed a systems analysis to precisely define the development methods of the system to be developed.
"We are now prepared to begin the most important part of the project," says Kobi Freund, InterAge's CEO. "The actual design of the Tsunami site is a major task, and the planning stages were essential in defining all the technical and visual elements of the project."
Tens of thousands of the Tsunami victims have yet to be identified. "We are incorporating every possible media form in this project," continues Freund, "including video, voice, photographs and text. This will greatly increase the opportunities for positive identification. InterAge is taking the lead in a humanitarian project of global proportions and as we progress, we become even better equipped to do the job with our in-house developments."
InterAge is partnering with other companies around the world to do this 16-month project. Over $16 million of this $22 million project will go towards InterAge for the Company's major role in the project.
