The last PR indicated a MOU for purchasing the company/rights for the "Celebrity Poker" name. A PR indicating closure of the deal could be coming soon.
S/O: Last reported 183million 90% Insider owned Last 2 s-8's filed indicated 150million transfer from prev ceo to new ceo.The new ceo replaced the 150 million with 10 million class b on a 15:1 exchange. The second s-8 indicated that 230 million were being added for employee / contractor incentives. This would bring my guess of total S/O to 250million. The upside to this is great.... the recent slide was due to dilution of shares to fund the purchase of the Imagine it Poker Concepts (owner of Celebrity Poker rights)......
The general interst in Texas hold 'em is growing everyday. Especially with ESPN showing poker tournaments almost continuously!

can someone look at the latest filing from Jan, an amended Form S-8, and tell me what it means?
Good, bad, or doesn't matter? Does it mean they added shares?

It means that after they retired the 150Million (CEO exchange for Class B), they reissued 233Million for employee incentive and Consultants retainer plan......i.e. they paid their employees and consultants with shares of stock!
So, the bottom line is that the original O/S was 186million - 150million (ceo exchange) + 233 million = total float of appx. 260million.

okay, but i read the filings and have to agree that it appears they issued shares, retired shares and then reissued shares. they do have, after all, 3 letters of intent out there to acquire legitimate businesses. ~BB

$keith$... how do you think alot of these smaller companies raise capital to fund aquisitions. Lets be real here. It sounds like your are upset because your entry point is alot higher than where it sits right now. They needed cash etc., to fund the purchase of the name. The dilution is most likely over, no more s-8's have come out. The popularity of texas hold em is growing more and more everyday. The new season of celebrity poker will only draw increased attention. This stock really has nowhere to go but up. The chart indicators are pointing that way, and this afternoon has seen 100% buy's. The interest and buying pressure is increasing. At times, there are 10 MM's sitting on this thing.
IMHO, it is only a matter of time and very soon at that, for this to make a big jump up!
